WAS IN A STORE AND THEY HAD SOME DVD MOVIES ON SALE.....I'D SEEN IT WHEN IT CAME TO THE MOVIE THEATERS, BUT HAD COMPLETELY FORGOTTEN ABOUT IT....."WOMAN IN GOLD"

A great movie about the art work stollen by the Nazis leading up to and during WW2. This movie is a true story based in Austria and the USA.

Quite remarkable in many ways..... a fine movie to see. Yes I bought it.

ALSO... the movie "MONUMENTS MEN" is another true WW2 movie on the same subject of stollen art by the Hitler men. Hitler wanted all the art of the world.....thousands upon thousands of art pieces were stollen and hidden. Monuments men is the story of a group of men on a mission of finding and restoring the art back to where it came from.

BOTH MOVIES GIVE YOU A SIDE OF WW2 HISTORY NOT GENERALLY KNOWN.
