CHILE IN LARGE DISASTER
OUR PLANET "HOME"
The 8.8 earthquake in Chile was much more destructive than first
reported. Probably about 1,000 lives lost and the physical
destruction is HUGE. The Chile government has asked for
International help.

They had a report on the WHY of the massive earthquake they
expect down the Western side of North America, in the "any time"
chronology of how the plates of the earth are moving in
directions that will bring more and more earthquakes to this
planet.

There was a report today (March 6 - 2010) of the worldwide horrid
winter that many nations had to deal with, from Mongolia to
France to Britain to Italy to the Eastern USA and Canada. It was
an unusual wild winter in so many parts of the world.

The world, and especially the USA, is still in the huge process
of creating jobs, getting the unemployed back to full time work.

HOME - "Experience the Wonderment of our World" - that's how the
DVD puts it. It is a two hour film by Yann Arthus - Bertrand. As
it says on the front cover "A Stunning Visual Portrayal Of Earth"
and indeed it is! I happened to spot it in Blockbusters. A 2009
production. You have to overlook the "evolutionary" approach, and
then it is certainly stunning. The various parts of the earth,
nature and what man has done, from up on high looking down, is
truly remarkable. It is one of those films you will want to watch
many times. Yes, it shows the precarious state we have put
ourselves in over the last 50 years especially, and the trouble
we're in if we do not reverse things. Yet it ends on the positive
side - for mankind is able, does have the knowledge, does have
the tools to reverse things, and it shows how in the last 20
years or so, that certain nations have made positive and good
implementations to reverse things, and get in harmony with the
nature of the planet.
So indeed, I recommend you try to obtain this DVD, as I've said,
overlook the "evolution" stuff and enjoy seeing the visual
wonders of this blue planet.
