GM STILL IN DEEP TROUBLE
USA BANKS LOST....
POLLUTION AND CRAZY WEATHER
February 26th 2009. Pres.Obama has revealed some of the details
of the Trillion plus dollar stimulus package he envisions. Part
is to raise taxes .... well on the relatively rich. The
Republicans cry "foul" and do not agree that ANY taxes should be
raised on anyone in a recession. Obama wants universal Medical
for all citizens of the USA. So did Clinton in his 8 year term,
but never managed to get it. Time will tell if this new man from
the Democrats will finally bring in a National Medical plan.
GM, the once great General Motors, has lost 39 BILLION over the
last year. It could be on the verge of falling off the cliff into
oblivion.
The USA banks are not far behind GM, loosing 26 Billion over the
last year.
I'm still reading some reports that say mankind has nothing to do
with the fault of global warming. Yes sure there was a kind of
ice age on SOME parts of this planet in the past. But I still
have to maintain that man just cannot throw all the stuff up in
the air that we have thrown up, since the industrial revolution,
and NOT do damage to the air, ozone, and hence to the climate of
this earth. It does not make sense to say our atmosphere is like
an endless "sponge" that can soak up everything, and not have a
detriment effect on the climate patterns. Bad management of the
top soil, depleting of the forests, like the "rain forests" of
the Amazon, the pollution of the air from China, literally can be
seen by the space-men as they snap photos two hundred miles above
the earth. To ignore that all this is NOT changing, or
contributing to the change of the climate of the earth, is to me
hiding your head under the sand. I really do not believe "holes"
in the ozone, that are massive, do not just happen like some
revolving door. Throwing stuff into space, and now having
thousands of bits flying around our very close space, and
continuing to do it, will have bad consequences for those
travelling into space, or living on earth when it comes crashing
down. Every cause has an effect. The cause of the industrial
revolution is now effecting this planet.
You cannot abuse your body, which we've seen now in our
modern "much over-weight" people of the Western world (and those
in the East who live like the average Westerner), and not expect
to get many of the health problems, adults and children, are now
experiencing. Modern medicine and science now boldly confirms
that many of our health troubles are due to a wrong physical way
of living. Just try (please not really) going for a week with 3
hours of sleep per night; you'll soon see what effect you get
from abusing the physical laws God set for us. Try living (please
not really) on just "meat" for a year, and before the year is
over you'll see what breaking physical laws God set for us will
do. Now the "two or three generations ago" eskimos lived mainly
on meat and blubber .... ya, and they only lived to be about 30
years old.
You abuse the earth like throwing up all this pollution
since the industrial revolution, and two plus two makes four,
just that simple. We thought be could throw all our "modern
chemicals" into our rivers and lakes, that they were an endless
sponge, and we thought it would never bother us. We did not have
to wait that long, one generation, to see how wrong we could be.
Now, man is pretty re-boundable, IF he really needs to be;
we cleaned up many of our rivers and lakes, brought in laws
against polluting them, and those once clean and beautiful
rivers, streams, and lakes were made clean and beautiful again.
Stop polluting the air, get ride of oil and gasoline cars,
trucks and buses, construct buildings and homes with solar power
and heat, get the wind-mills going again, get into "green" and
more "green" of everything, get using the "hemp plant" (known by
the USA made dirty-words "pot-smoking" marijuanna, hence the plant
has been abolished, and so the many things it could replace in
oil based products) for thousands of things that black oil is based
on today, and doing so would patch up the ozone hole, and eventually
bring the planet back to where it was before the industrial revolution.
Yes, that is the way to get out of the WILD weather we see
today on this planet. You abuse the nature of this planet and you
will get smashed in the face.
