Eine Stadt auf einem H\u00fcgel kann nicht versteckt werden. \u201e<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eph 1:18 <strong><em>\u201eDie Augen deines Verst\u00e4ndnisses werden erleuchtet; damit ihr wisst, was die Hoffnung auf seine Berufung ist und was der Reichtum der Herrlichkeit seines Erbes bei den Heiligen ist. \u201c<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obwohl viele K\u00f6nige und sogar der Erzbischof von Canterbury den Heiligen Eadbert unter Druck setzten, Rom zu gehorchen, w\u00fcrden er und andere keltische Geistliche nicht nachgeben. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gro\u00dfbritannien wurde seit jeher unter dem Jerusalemer Patriarchat betrachtet, folgte jedoch auch nicht strikt einem Gehorsam von beiden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auch die ersten Bisch\u00f6fe der Jerusalemer Kirche waren nach Glastonbury England gezogen: <a href=\"http:\/\/celticorthodoxy.com\/2020\/04\/the-jerusalem-church-moved-to-britain-and-the-apostolic-see-of-glastonbury-later-called-the-second-rome-many-1st-2nd-century-british-saints\/\">http:\/\/celticorthodoxy.com\/2020\/04\/the-jerusalem-church-moved-to-britain-and-the-apostolic-see-of-glastonbury-later-called-the-second-rome-many-1st-2nd-century-british-saints\/ <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der r\u00f6mische Historiker Bede schrieb dar\u00fcber, dass er die heiligen Schriften kenne und die alttestamentlichen Gesetze befolge, und schrieb nichts Negatives \u00fcber ihn wie \u00fcber andere Culdees. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Apostolische Stuhl der Culdees von Glastonbury selbst hat mehr Beweise und G\u00fcltigkeit f\u00fcr das Dienstalter als Rom. Culdees war jedoch ein Name f\u00fcr die neu ankommenden jud\u00e4ischen Christen aus Jerusalem im ersten Jahrhundert. Heute nennen wir uns die &quot;Culdees &#039;Church&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Rom die Nachfolge von Petrus beansprucht, haben wir das auch und von anderen Aposteln, die beim Bau der britischen Kirche des ersten Jahrhunderts mitgewirkt haben.
