Wie von unserem Primace, Rev. Dr. Stephen MK Brunswick, beschrieben:<\/p>\n

Als mein GGGrandpa Robert Nott und mein Kind G.Grandpa George W Nott (6 Monate alt) 1909 beide vom Blitz getroffen wurden.<\/p>\n

Baby Opa flog zusammen mit seiner Mutter eine gro\u00dfe Strecke in die Luft und flog weiter von ihren Armen weg, als er einen gr\u00f6\u00dferen Schock erhielt. Er und sein Vater (Urgro\u00dfvater und 2xGro\u00dfer Opa Nott) waren beide vom Blitz getroffen, Oma war auch vom Blitz betroffen. Beide erholten sich und dienten beim Milit\u00e4r und lebten ein langes Leben. Er war gro\u00dfartig. Ich habe diesen Opa geliebt, als ich ein Kind war, brachte er mir immer 5-Dollar-Scheine, bis ich ungef\u00e4hr 9-10 Jahre alt war, als er starb. Er und seine Frau, Oma Brunswick, hatten sich in Mineral Virginia zur\u00fcckgezogen, wo auch ich besuchte.<\/p>\n

Die Mutter von Opa Robert Nott, Sarah Cochran (keltische H\u00e4uptlingsfamilie, Earls of Dundonald, dieses Reich um Iona usw., j\u00fcngerer Zweig), stammte aus einer verfolgten konf\u00f6derierten Familie, die ihre Renten verlor (einschlie\u00dflich ihres Gro\u00dfvaters, der seine Rente aus dem Krieg von 1812 f\u00fcr seine verlor Loyalit\u00e4t gegen\u00fcber dem S\u00fcden, der Konf\u00f6deration und seinem Staat \u00fcber der neuen Bundesregierung). Robert hatte sich ab dem zehnten Lebensjahr als Mietling hochgearbeitet, wahrscheinlich weil das ganze Familienverm\u00f6gen im Geld der Konf\u00f6derierten wertlos wurde.<\/p>\n

Dort waren sie so gute Verwalter dessen, was Gott bereitgestellt hatte, dies hielt sie nicht im Stich, aber alles war ausgezeichnet.<\/div>\n
