America’s first constitution declared that our government is a perpetual Divine Theocracy under Jesus Christ the King, joined together for one aim, for the advancement of His Kingdom on earth. In this article I will prove it to you it is still in force as legally binding, and is the legal foundation of our government’s legitimacy today. This document “the Fundamental Orders” is also regarded everywhere as \u00abPremi\u00e8re Constitution am\u00e9ricaine\u00bb<\/strong>. It was enacted in Connecticut on January 14th, 1639,\u00a0 later re-enacted and adopted by all other colonies. It did define and permanently ratified our perpetual American Union to be for the Kingdom of His people under Jesus the Christ. This article pre-dated the English dominance and made no mention of any worldly power. Jesus alone was mentioned, and His laws, as our Supreme Authority. Afterward, as I will quote below, all other colonies adopted the articles with the text re-summarized as \u00abUne conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration perp\u00e9tuelle ayant un seul et m\u00eame but, l'avancement du Royaume de J\u00e9sus-Christ et le maintien de la puret\u00e9 de l'\u00c9vangile.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cette conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration sp\u00e9cifique est sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9e. Le texte a \u00e9t\u00e9 copi\u00e9 et le reste des \u00c9tats l'ont adopt\u00e9, ainsi que incorpor\u00e9 les phrases faisant r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 J\u00e9sus le Christ, etc. dans les articles ult\u00e9rieurs de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n

C'\u00e9tait aussi la toute premi\u00e8re Constitution qui n'accordait aucune croyance aux puissances du monde ou aux monarchies. Toute all\u00e9geance \u00e9tait \u00e0 la souverainet\u00e9 de J\u00e9sus-Christ, comme c'\u00e9tait le cas dans la plupart des constitutions de l'\u00c9tat fondateur (avant la guerre civile, des soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d'\u00c9tat frauduleuses de facto \u00e9taient form\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re inconstitutionnelle). Dans tous les documents fondateurs, nous lisons (comme dans les premiers \u00abArticles de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration au d\u00e9but des ann\u00e9es 1600) que notre Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration \u00e9tait pour J\u00e9sus le Christ et la Gouvernance de son Royaume sur la terre. Le deuxi\u00e8me grand cycle des \u00abArticles de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration\u00bb a r\u00e9affirm\u00e9 et republi\u00e9 ce m\u00eame but mentionn\u00e9 en 1639. Nous voyons donc encore une fois en 1643 non seulement qu'il dit que notre Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration est perp\u00e9tuelle, mais il dit aussi que nous reconnaissons J\u00e9sus le Christ comme notre Seigneur du gouvernement. Il commence par cette clause la plus importante et d\u00e9montre notre objectif d'Union:\u00a0“Attendu que nous sommes tous venus dans ces r\u00e9gions d'Am\u00e9rique avec un seul et m\u00eame but, \u00e0 savoir faire avancer le Royaume de notre Seigneur J\u00e9sus-Christ et jouir des libert\u00e9s de l'\u00c9vangile dans la puret\u00e9 et la paix; et tandis que dans notre installation (par une sage providence de Dieu) nous sommes plus dispers\u00e9s sur les c\u00f4tes et les rivi\u00e8res que ce qui \u00e9tait initialement pr\u00e9vu, de sorte que nous ne pouvons pas, selon notre d\u00e9sir, communiquer avec commodit\u00e9 dans un gouvernement et une juridiction; et alors que nous vivons entour\u00e9s de gens de plusieurs nations et de langues \u00e9tranges qui peuvent par la suite se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler nuisibles \u00e0 nous ou \u00e0 notre post\u00e9rit\u00e9<\/span>.”<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Tous les \u00c9tats ont reconnu et continuent de reconna\u00eetre Dieu est la base de l'union<\/a>. Les 50 \u00c9tats mentionnent Dieu dans leurs constitutions et lois. Most encyclopedias say America’s present “union” started with the “Articles of Confederation and perpetual union”(perpetual in the dictionary means “continuing” or “pre-existing”. The “perpetual union” cited therein refers back to the originals adopted by all the said states which said for the first several hundred years that the one and the same aim of the union was, “For the advancement of the Kingdom of Jesus Christ, and for maintaining the purity of the gospel”. Some may argue a new union was established after the revolutionary war. However the word “perpetual” and “articles of confederation” were used again in the post-revolutionary government. Perpetual in the 1848 Webster’s dictionary also means eternal, pre-existing, as well as continuing. That union in Christ was the key, which also pre-dated the settlement in England, Holland, and other countries these Pilgrims came from. I will cite that Connecticut, where this was first written was called the Constitution state, and it makes no mention of Great Britain or any other earthly power. It gives credence only to Jesus Christ and His Kingdom on earth. Since it is called “perpetual” it means it cannot be ended, and remains the foundational basis in law for America’s present sovereignty. When the next government picked back up that very same word “perpetual” it meant continuing that original Christian government and true Confederate structure.<\/p>\n

Il semble que nous soyons maintenant de retour dans cette situation o\u00f9 les chr\u00e9tiens sont la minorit\u00e9 parmi les \u00e9trangers hostiles.<\/p>\n

La poursuite de ce \u00abbut unique\u00bb de notre \u00abunion et conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration perp\u00e9tuelles\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 retenue comme base juridique de toutes les constitutions ult\u00e9rieures. Retirer Dieu maintenant de la nation signifierait supprimer toute la base juridique du gouvernement actuel et de tous les gouvernements des \u00c9tats.<\/p>\n

L'Union mentionn\u00e9e dans la Constitution n'est pas sortie de nulle part. Il existait depuis les ann\u00e9es 1630 sous la forme juridique des \u00abOrdres fondamentaux\u00bb et des \u00abArticles de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration\u00bb. Alors maintenant, nous comprenons pourquoi il est dit \u00abde former une union plus parfaite\u00bb, non pas pour annuler la pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, mais pour la renforcer et la perfectionner. Depuis 300 ans d\u00e9j\u00e0, l'union fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la protection de la \u00abpuret\u00e9 de l'\u00c9vangile de J\u00e9sus-Christ\u00bb.
