Lettre remise et lue au Conseil des \u00e9v\u00eaques (Saint Synode) de l'\u00c9glise catholique orthodoxe am\u00e9ricaine, Western Rite Metropolia.<\/div>\n

Salutations \u00e0 tous ceux qui se sont r\u00e9unis pour le Saint Synode de l'AOCC du 14 octobre 2016. Je prie pour que les objectifs communs soient tels que notre Roi nous avait dit \u00abcherchez d'abord Son Royaume et sa justice\u00bb et comme Il nous a dit de prier pour Son Royaume venir et \u00eatre fait sur terre. Je prie que YAHWEH fasse de nos fid\u00e8les des saints par le renouvellement des services divins. Que l'AOCC soit un navire renouvel\u00e9 cette saison pour une effusion de l'onction plus dans toutes nos r\u00e9gions d'influence. Si j'avais pu \u00eatre l\u00e0 en personne, j'aurais aim\u00e9 pr\u00e9senter ou plaider pour que les la\u00efcs participent davantage aux offices quotidiens. Comme actuellement, l'\u00e9glise anglicane (bien qu'elle ne soit pas aussi conservatrice qu'elle l'\u00e9tait autrefois) encourage tous ses membres \u00e0 chanter les psaumes du matin et du soir \u00e0 la maison ou \u00e0 l'\u00e9glise tous les jours (dans le cadre du service divin). Nous avons int\u00e9gr\u00e9 certaines de ces ressources dans notre application. Comme le Rite occidental AOCC le comprend, la liturgie anglaise (livre de pri\u00e8re commune de 1549) est un descendant du missel Sarum\u00a0selon les crit\u00e8res \u00e9nonc\u00e9s par le Saint-Synode de Russie en 1907. Cette liturgie a \u00e9t\u00e9 augment\u00e9e avec du mat\u00e9riel de la<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Sarum<\/span>\u00a0Missel, missel gothique, rite de York et liturgie des non-jur\u00e9s \u00e9cossais de 1718. Une \u00e9picl\u00e8se du missel gothique est incluse.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

Je ne veux pas vanter mon parti pris pour la liturgie anglaise, mais chercher une \u00e9tendue pour plus pour r\u00e9colter les r\u00e9compenses spirituelles de placer leurs jours et leurs soir\u00e9es dans les pri\u00e8res quotidiennes. Cela remonte \u00e0 l'Antiquit\u00e9. Il y a aussi bien s\u00fbr la compline dans les anciennes versions de cette liturgie. Cela aussi, je crois, devrait \u00eatre aux heures quotidiennes correctes. Matin (midi en option) et coucher de soleil. Nous avons \u00e9galement des applications que nous pouvons combiner tout cela pour une utilisation pratique pour le clerg\u00e9 et les la\u00efcs. Avec toutes les parties, le psautier, les collections du jour, le lectionnaire, etc.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

Cette liturgie ne se limite pas non plus \u00e0 l'anglican, au rite occidental orthodoxe am\u00e9ricain, \u00e0 l'\u00c9glise r\u00e9form\u00e9e unie, aux presbyt\u00e9riens et aux r\u00e9form\u00e9s hollandais. M\u00eame \u00abl'\u00c9glise congr\u00e9gationaliste\u00bb la plus s\u00e9paratiste a tenu ce rite de 1645 \u00e0 nos jours (derni\u00e8rement sous la \u00abF\u00e9d\u00e9ration congr\u00e9gationaliste\u00bb qui a tent\u00e9 de r\u00e9tablir la version plus orthodoxe de la d\u00e9nomination). Plusieurs des principales universit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9es en tant que coll\u00e8ges bibliques congr\u00e9gationalistes. Cet ordre d'adoration est d\u00e9montr\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re concluante comme \u00e9tant la mani\u00e8re la plus am\u00e9ricaine et la plus chr\u00e9tienne. Je publierai plus sur ce domaine pour atteindre et encourager les autres dans l'utilisation pratique et de nombreux avantages des services divins. Le service principal du matin et du soir peut \u00eatre fait \u00e0 la maison, sans l'absolution et l'eucharistie. Je demande vos pri\u00e8res dans cette t\u00e2che pour encourager davantage de foyers \u00e0 participer au service quotidien. Bien s\u00fbr, il faudra conseiller \u00e0 beaucoup d\u2019entre eux d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s dans ce domaine et de ne pas en faire trop. Au moins la pri\u00e8re du Seigneur \u00e0 ses heures (matin, soir et midi) pour commencer et progresser.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
