We can further deduce from the above Von Clausewitz quote that politics is a continuation of economics by other means. Therefore, it could be argued that war is always a continuation of economics by other means.<\/p>\n

Now, let us briefly examine the current situation in Russia. President Putin has been under heavy pressure from\u00a0outside and inside: Western sanctions and intended oil price crash. Despite efforts by the Rothschild-controlled Central Bank of Russia (hereafter referred to as CBR) and the use of dozens of billions of foreign exchange reserves \u2013\u00a0\u00a0 the value of the ruble against the dollar has, therefore ,declined by 39% during the past few years.<\/p>\n

There has been much speculation that President Putin may soon nationalize the CBR and the ruble\u00a0according to his senior advisor and chairman\u00a0of\u00a0the Russian parliament\u2019s economic policy committee Yevgeny Fyodorov\u00a0 in order to raise money for Russia\u2019s now necessary armament projects in what appears as an imposed war on Russia by Washington and NATO.<\/p>\n

Under the Constitution, the CBR belongs to a foreign State \u2013\u00a0the City of London \u2013 and is taking orders from London and Washington\u2019s controlled IMF. CBR can only print money corresponding to its cash in foreign currency, that being the dollar, which is not sufficient for Russia\u2019s purposes. The CBR even has to buy the worthless US treasury bonds for the dollars paid for Russian oil \u2013 whereby the dollars are returned to the Federal Reserve Bank. This is one of the biggest heists of all time!<\/p>\n

Moreover, President Putin is under pressure from the West, which wants to overthrow and replace him with Western-minded puppet oligarchs. Thus, the US ambassador to Moscow, John F.Tefft, is said to have made it very clear in this statement: \u201cWe will displace Putin from office and install our own people as leaders of the Russian government.\u201d <\/em>It was reported that Tefft even mentioned the appointed ministers by name! Therefore, it has now become logical [and necessary] for President Putin to enhance the Russian military and strengthen the already existing alliance with the SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization) to prevent Russia\u2019s submission to Washington and NATO\u2019s will. Sadly, it has come to this.<\/p>\n

Yevgeny Fyodorov said in an interview that a split in the Russian elite has taken place in the last couple of years, as part of the elite have decided to stay with President Putin who then made his decision which defines the events to follow. Furthermore, the logic of:<\/p>\n

1) A state of emergency, or<\/p>\n

2) A geopolitical war entered into force, while Russia feels under pressure.<\/p>\n

What this means is:<\/p>\n

1) Washington cannot [and will not] diminish its pressure especially if the war-monger Hillary Clinton is installed into office, while<\/p>\n

2) The pressure on Russia forces it to technologically evolve into a national liberation movement. For example, for many years, Russia could not obtain de-offshoring technology, but thanks to the pressures from Washington\u2019s sanctions, Russia is now well into domesticating this task.<\/p>\n

So what\u2019s next? President Putin must now methodically clean the 5th<\/sup> column. That means the West-toxified liberals in the CBR, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of Economy.<\/p>\n

But above all, President Putin sees the West as the big speculator against the ruble. To put the plan straightforward:<\/p>\n

1) A split in the government,<\/p>\n

2) Identification of the 5th<\/sup> column in various branches of the government,<\/p>\n

3) Identification of the 5th<\/sup> column in the media,<\/p>\n

4) A parallel and active position on the Ukraine, because Ukraine and Russia\u2019s ships must sail in the same direction for the good of all.<\/p>\n

Nationalization of the CBR would be the first signal and the means to implement the final breach with the Rothschild\u2019s City of London gangsters and its implementation arm, Washington. This Relationship has been tense since President Putin\u2019s seizure of the Rothschild\/ Chodorkowsky\u2019s Yukos shares. Therefore, President Putin hesitates with the nationalization. He also still needs authorization to enforce his plan as the president of the Russian Federation. For this, he needs a \u201cgreat necessity\u201d which is apparently imminent because of Washington\u2019s aggressions via the NATO.<\/p>\n

Returning from the 2014 G20 meeting in Brisbane,\u00a0President Putin said, \u201cUS wants to subdue Russia, but no one has ever done or would ever do.\u201d<\/em> It appears that this statement has a much deeper, existential dimension \u2013 not only for Russia, but for the entire world!<\/p>\n

Moscow Times\u00a0has been quoted by stating that\u00a0President Putin\u00a0has been under tremendous internal and external pressure to the extent that\u00a0he must become \u201canother Stalin\u201c<\/em>\u00a0in order for him and for\u00a0 Russia to survive the Western isolation efforts and the economic war currently waged on Russia.\u00a0 This means a final (staged) breach with the Rothschilds crime syndicate via Washington\u2013 after the first schism due to the\u00a0Khodorkovsky – Yukos share confiscation<\/a>\u00a0by President Putin.<\/p>\n

It is now evident that the CBR is Rothschild\u2019s pincers on Russia and on President Putin\u2019s leadership per se. CBR is a member\u00a0of\u00a0Rothschild\u2019s BIS (Bank of International Settlements) which is the central bank of central banks located in Basel, Switzerland \u2013 of course.<\/p>\n

The Rothschild\u00a0banking power structure controls the CBR via the US Federal Reserve Bank, i.e. making the CBR unable to print more rubles than corresponding to its supply of foreign exchange. Russia sells oil for dollars. For the dollars, Russia buys US bonds, whereby the dollars return to the US Fed. This in really is theft! As such, the Fed is squeezing the Russian economy in a grand game of vice and illusion.<\/p>\n

Russia\u2019s monetary policy has until now been jointly determined by the\u00a0Fed\u00a0and the People\u2019s Bank of China (PBC). This means that CBR has never really been in control\u00a0of neither the ruble nor am independent Russian monetary policy. CBR can only defend against these entities by limiting its foreign exchange reserves, which are finite.<\/p>\n

In spite of Yevgeny Fyodorov\u2019s statement of nationalization of the private CBR,\u00a0President Putin is cautiously reluctant\u00a0to interfere with Rothschild\u2019s CBR grip on Russia \u2013 at least for the time being.<\/p>\n

CBR\u2019s CEO Elvira Nabiullina,\u00a049, has served as the country\u2019s Minister of Economic Development and Trade since September, 2007 before becoming Vladimir Putin\u2019s aide in May 2012.\u00a0Now\u00a0President Putin demands the impossible from her: to stop the decline of the ruble.<\/p>\n

Ever emboldened by its totally illegal regime change policies in Iraq, Egypt, Libya, Syria, Ukraine, etc., Washington and its allies are now foolishly pursuing the same in Russia.\u00a0Mikhail Fradkov, the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), warned that Moscow is aware of\u00a0US\u2019s moves to oust President Putin from power. The\u00a0ruble has lost approximately 40% of its value\u00a0against the dollar in the past several years. (Business Insider, May 2, 2016). Nevertheless, President Putin still feels under heavy pressure from the West, as the West seems to stop at nothing.<\/p>\n

Deutche Welle reported on Dec.6 2015:<\/a>\u00a0Vladimir Putin wants to take action against ruble speculators:\u00a0\u00a0\u201cExternal enemies\u201d<\/em> would try \u201cto force Russia to her knees. We have asked the central bank to take measures to ensure that the speculators cannot benefit anymore,\u201d<\/em> the Financial Times quoted the Russian President as saying. \u201cWe know who these people are.\u201d<\/em> He classifies\u00a0the entire West\u00a0to be the author of anti-Russian actions. \u201cIt\u2019s been that way for centuries.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Russia Insider quoted President Putin on Dec. 5 2015 as saying, \u201cThose whom we considered our friends\u00a0from across the pond, they would gladly let Russia follow the Yugoslav scenario of disintegration. It did not work. Just as it did not work for\u00a0Hitler, who set out to destroy Russia and push us back beyond the Urals. Everyone should remember how that ended.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cNo one will ever attain military superiority over Russia. We have a modern and combat ready army, a\u00a0formidable army. We have the\u00a0strength, will and courage\u00a0to protect our freedom. Some governments attempt to create a new\u00a0iron curtain around Russia\u201d<\/em>\u00a0(The\u00a0Grand Chessboard).<\/p>\n

In my opinion what we are seeing is\u00a0a big \u201ccoming out\u201d. It is painfully clear that\u00a0Russia considers Washington to be an arrogant bully whom Russia can stop and that Russia considers the regimes in power in the\u00a0EU as voiceless colonies. Washington is too arrogant and the Europeans are too spineless.<\/p>\n

The Kremlin has given up any hope of achieving anything through any kind of dialog.<\/p>\n

From now on,\u00a0Russia will mostly rely on unilateral actions. These actions\u00a0will always come as a shock\u00a0and a surprise to the Western plutocracies. This will be a\u00a0long cold war\u00a0and it will\u00a0only end when one of the two sides basically breaks down and collapses. Now Russia is preparing for war, but she does not want this war; it is being imposed on her!<\/p>\n

CNN Money reported on Dec. 3 2015:\u00a0\u00a0Yevgeny Fyodorov,\u00a0a senior member of President Vladimir Putin\u2019s party and chairman\u00a0of\u00a0the Russian parliament\u2019s economic policy committee,\u00a0accused the central bank of sabotage, telling local media that it was \u201can institutional enemy of the country.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

The bank is now\u00a0being investigated by state prosecutors\u00a0as a result. The bank\u2019s biggest crime is failing to prevent the\u00a0ruble from plunging\u00a0\u2013 despite spending tens of billions of foreign currency reserves trying to prop it up.<\/p>\n

Western sanctions\u00a0froze investment and raised funding costs. The crisis has sparked a\u00a0flight of capital \u2014 some $150 billion\u00a0is expected to leave the country this year.\u00a0Another $80 billion\u00a0could follow in 2017.<\/p>\n

Russia has been taking another big knock from the\u00a0sharp fall in oil prices in the past few years.\u00a0Revenues from oil and gas make up\u00a0nearly half the Russian state budget. As revenues fall, the currency weakens further.\u00a0This drives up\u00a0inflation,\u00a0forcing the CBR to jack up interest rates,\u00a0exacerbating thereby depressing activity.<\/p>\n

But Yevgeny Fyodorov has more to reveal:\u00a0Wiki Spooks 3 Sept. 2015: He cited the unrelenting\u00a0aggressive posture and actions by the West\u00a0as having reached a stage\u00a0where some in the Kremlin and other state institutions who decline to demonstrate appropriate national loyalty will\u00a0have to be purged\u00a0from leadership positions \u2013 the alternative being capitulation to the West.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur Central Bank, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Economics,\u00a0are driving us along the road to\u00a0destruction of the Russian economy,\u00a0because they are\u00a0executing the\u00a0orders of Washington and London\u201d,<\/em> Yevgeny Fyodorov has said.<\/p>\n

Russia needs to return to a classical economy,\u00a0nationalization of the ruble, discontinue the practice of\u00a0currency reserves, and conduct accelerated\u00a0de-off-shoring. That means\u00a0freezing the assets of those who do not want to de-offshore which means\u00a0all of the major foreign-owned businesses [of the foe nations]\u00a0in Russia, Sadly, it has come to that.<\/p>\n

Next, it\u2019s just a question of\u00a0when President Putin will get the revolutionary authority for a purge.\u00a0That is a power that he currently does not have. We\u2019re talking about an\u00a0act directly contradicting the Constitution.\u00a0 This is something that will have to be\u00a0legalized\u00a0under legislation which will be passed by the Duma,\u00a0giving President Putin special powers. Or else, there could be\u00a0a referendum, in which the\u00a0people give\u00a0him those powers if they chose so.\u00a0But it has to be done and it has to be done soon.<\/p>\n

We recognize that\u00a0the purge will begin.\u00a0It doesn\u2019t involve ejecting people. This purge does not intend to remove\u00a0Alexey Simanovsky\u00a0(left – Central Bank First Deputy Chairman)\u00a0from the CBR.\u00a0However,\u00a0he will be chased out with sticks\u00a0when he severely damages the interests of the Russian population and the Russian economy.<\/p>\n

Again, US Ambassador in Russia\u00a0John Tefft has clearly stated, \u201cWe\u2019re going to force out Putin and appoint our people as the leader of the government\u00a0and the ministers\u201d.<\/em> This was the scenario in Kiev.\u201d<\/p>\n

President Putin gathered the deputies in Yalta and looked each of them in the eye to ensure they wouldn\u2019t get cold feet. And being thus strengthened,\u00a0President Putin\u2019s decision pre-determines the subsequent events.<\/p>\n

Next, the Americans attempted to break the situation using the\u00a0Boeing incident\u00a0\u2013\u00a0but failed. On the contrary, the\u00a0Russian national path began to strengthen. At this point, it was clear to all, that:<\/p>\n

1)\u00a0Either President Putin had to go to the Hague\u00a0where the Americans would have conducted a\u00a0forceful trial,\u00a0leading to\u00a0the destruction of Russia\u00a0and the further disempowerment of the Russian population,<\/p>\n

2) Or else, there will form a system of\u00a0resistance to the actual foreign invasion.\u00a0A dynamic has now begun, which pushes President Putin in that direction:<\/p>\n

a) The purge,<\/p>\n

b) Building a national economy<\/p>\n

c) Re-industrialization.<\/p>\n

This brings us back to CBR which won\u2019t allow the money to be lent to President Putin\u2019s above-stated three objectives. As soon as the CBR and the ruble are nationalized, entrepreneurs can be granted business savvy loans.<\/p>\n

As stated earlier, under the Constitution, CBR (for all practical purposes) works for a foreign state, i.e. Federal Reserve,\u00a0City of London, and other Rothschild entities.<\/p>\n

With those words, President Putin has defined his position and Russia\u2019s strategy. It will\u00a0all begin with\u00a0certain mechanisms like\u00a0nationalization of the CBR due to\u00a0a necessity\u00a0that doesn\u2019t have to be far off because Washington is charging with frightful force.\u00a0The Americans are not going to save anyone.\u00a0 They only need\u00a0oligarchs while Russia is a formidable challenge for them\u00a0which they intend to solve by\u00a0dissolution of the state \u2013 Yugoslavia styled.\u00a0After that, it has now become crystal clear that Washington fully intends to\u00a0construct an absolutely brutal,\u00a0not just colonial, but\u00a0an enslaved world!<\/p>\n
