It took a lot of domination to overturn the state and local regulations.Ordinarily such public alarm megaphone systems could only be used exclusively for Emergencies, such as warning of tsunamis, air raids, and tornados.Such systems have been approved for the 'New Western' Mosques to set up on Towers so people can hear Islamic Daily announcements from miles away.
