All Canonical Orthodox have liturgy on Saturday and even Western Orthodoxy includes at least several prayers, blessings and Collects on top of this which commemorate Saturday as the day of rest. Likewise we encourage all fellowship churches who meet on Sundays to hold services on Saturday, the Sabbath. Likewise we urge all Sabbath churches to open their doors on Sundays as well. It seems to be referenced by Origen who lived from 185-254. In the Didache, 16:2-3 is quoted in the Epistle of Barnabas in 4:9, or vice versa.\u00a0The Epistle of Barnabas was written in A.D. 130-131. Section II, 57, it says,<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-top: 5.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%\">&#8220;On the Sabbath the Gospel shall be read after the other lections.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"Standard\" style=\"margin-top: 5.0pt\"><span style=\"font-size: 11.0pt;line-height: 115%\">Another name for part of the Apostles Didascalia is the \u201cClementine Liturgy\u201d.
