Lamenting the faithful interpretation of Law by the superlative majority having vindicated the Faithful Petitioner you hold in reverence the infamous dissenters \u00a0Ginsberg and her protoge’ Sotomayor. \u00a0It is extremely \u00a0rare to see any practitioner of Law and Justice whose habitation reeks of lies, deceptions, and injustice. \u00a0Here we see a scintilla of integrity and you, to no surprise condemn it.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Justice Sonia Sotomayor\u2019s dissent, joined only by Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg, was much more complicated, detailed, historical and correct. She repeatedly used piercing language to identify the dangerous simplicities of the majority\u2019s opinion. Even in her opening paragraph, she insisted that the decision \u201cslights both our precedents and our history, and its reasoning weakens this country\u2019s longstanding commitment to a separation of church and state beneficial to both.\u201d<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Only the two dissenting justices recognized that establishment separation protects religious liberty by blocking the government from just funding any religion that desires money. Sotomayor is correct that the majority\u2019s establishment-free reasoning is a \u201cstartling departure from our precedents.\u201d Instead of the dissenters\u2019 goal of an establishment-clause-based religious liberty, this court lets religions win without any establishment penalties.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
Are you unable to discern that the ruing in Trinity Lutheran Church v. Comy holds that Public Funds may not be withheld from secular schools?<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Is it not a genuine offense to see Pubiic Funds taken by force from faithful Christians to be willfully expended to excoriate the principles that Christianity has so generously and richly endowed to All Men to secure their Liberty. \u00a0Secular Humanists cannot secure Liberty by abolition of the Free exercise of the Christian Religion that shed their bood, paid the price and promulgated the Law and Due Process of Law designed to protect and preserve The inalienable Rights endowed to all men by their Creator. \u00a0Christian Law prohibits you and all other such practitioners from such and enterprise. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
Regardless of any pretense, usurpation of power and authority is not only abhorrent but subject to direct suppression by any and all necessary force. \u00a0As anyone can see the Articles are prohibitions. \u00a0There have never been nor shall there ever be any substantial Right granted by Man but all Rights are secured to all Men only by their Creator. \u00a0It is not necessary for any man to believe that such granting is true. \u00a0It s only necessary for all men never to abridge or abolish such HGod-given Rights. \u00a0 Those that believe that the Rights of Man are granted by men must abide by the notion that Man can abolish such Rights.<\/span><\/div>\n

It would be far more prudent for Lawyers like you to advocate genuine Constitutional principles than to promulgate false narratives such the anecdotal slogan: \u00a0“Separation of Church and State” that you claim to mean that the Free Exercise of Christian Doctrine has no place in government. \u00a0 You appear to \u00a0be among those r that fail to recognize the Christian origin of\u00a0<\/span>the Founding? \u00a0Perhaps such people have conflated” Founding” with \u00a0<\/span>“Funding”<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>,<\/span><\/div>\n

\u00a0The so-called “Establishment clause” \u00a0is not what you d say. To apprehend the meaning the needs only to read the terms of the First Article of The Bill of Rights as adopted by Amendment to the Constitution for the Sovereign and Free States within this union. \u00a0 As you are associated with professional academic\u00a0practices\u00a0\u00a0reason presumes that you be astute in literary skills, history and law.\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n

The very nature of such secular law will be ‘governed” at all times by “Conditional Ethics.” \u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n
