THE WORLD THIS WEEK

Many may not realize that the Russian economy has good signs of
recovery. Yes, unemployment is as the USA, about 10 percent. The
Russian rail-road employs about 1,000,000 people. They plan on
big infrastructure spending. They could have a boom coming, that
is what they are hoping for and desire to move forward to
acquiring.

Canadian research teams still on huge breakthrough with stem
cells from bone marrow and skin - very promising indeed for the
future in many parts of the health/medical world.

Arizona passed the toughest laws on illegals entering their state
from across the boarder with Mexico. Obama not pleased with the
State's new law. Many of course calling it "racism." Now a few
facts are: 3,000 people enter illegally Arizona each year. Crime
is off the charts. The State Governor and the Police-chief say
they have no choice but to bring in such a law. I would probably
have to agree.

The Hubble space telescope is 20 years old. It opened up the
universe to us like nothing before it. With the present repairs
they figure it still has 5 years of life. It has taken about
500,000 photos in the 20 years it's been up there.

The Tornado season has hardly begun and the south-east of the USA
has been it with massive destruction already. Could be a record-
setting season.

Greece is the poor boy of Europe. It could take 60 Billion
dollars to rescue. They have a financial mess blowing them apart.
There are other nations of the European power also in trouble -
Spain, Italy, Portugal. Europe is indeed a mix of iron and clay
as prophecy said it would be. And if it does not get its house in
order, it will effect North America and the world's recovery from
financial collapse.

Spain doctors have done the fist every full face transplant, a 24
hour none stop operation. The man with the new face it at the
present doing well.

YouTube is 5 years old. Relatively a new comer to the Internet.
It is still taking off like a house on fire.

An oil-rig has blown up and sunk to the bottom of the deep blue
seas in the Gulf of Mexico. Yes, oil is still pouring out, and
it's going to be a ecological nightmare, the worse since Katrina
hit that New Orleans coast line.
I had no idea, but they announced there are 4,000 - yes FOUR
THOUSAND - oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico. That blows me away!

It is common practice: College and University students by the
mass, take "brain pills" - stuff that is supposed (and they say
it is so) to boost your mental power for all night studies and
exam taking. They figure one day those pills will be as standard
as taking vitamin and mineral pills.

Again, they have announced that our children under 5 years old,
just are not getting enough exercise. Even those older than 5
years they say should be getting more physical exercise. With
junk food eating, watching the TV or Computer screen too much
.... well over-weight and unhealthy children are the result, and
hence more unhealthy adults, which means more expense for the
medical world.

The new Bay Bridge for San Francisco is not complete. A gem of a
bridge that is supposed to be able to stand up under the BIG
earthquake that they know is sooner or later, going to hit the
West coast. Maybe it will stand up, but will all the thousands of
houses and office buildings stand up? And if the West coast drops
in and under the sea, that bridge will go with it, and the
billions of dollars to build it.

Obama is on the war path to bring in laws to govern the banks and
the Wall/Fall Street guys. I guess so. Many of them should be in
jail, but I don't think you'll see that happen.

You'd be surprised how many youth in the Islamic world believe
the USA/Britain are out to obliterate Islam religion. They even
think the USA was responsible for the 9/11 attacks, so they could
go to war with Iraq and Afghanistan.
A one-time Islamic believer with those ideas is now going about
the Islamic world to show such ideas are crazy. And as he points
out, look at how many Islamic believers are in the USA, with
freedom of religion.
But such have been the "conspiracy" teachers in all ages. In the
early 90s I was at a "prophecy" week-end seminar in Florida.
There was this "professor" from some University (which may have
been on planet Pluto). He gave a lecture on how the USSR never
had "the bomb" nor "rockets" - all pictures of them ... he said were
made of cardboard. And he was selling his BOOK to prove his point.
I suppose his book had all kinds of so-called "facts" and "quotes"
from insiders of this and that science and secret societies. The
fellow was a nut-case in spite of his 100 pages and more book.
