MOVING AND NOT MOVING
Week of July 3rd 2010
The USA is still deep in troubles. Unemployment still about
10 percent, depending whose figures you read. But many have
just given up looking for work. They say it will take 200,000
new jobs per month for many months to get the USA back to where
it was before the 2008 recession. It may never do so. China may
well become the world's leading economy in the next years.
......
The Canadian economy is chugging along very nicely. The Ford
car company has just recorded its largest number of sales for
one month in Canada, larger than any month in the last 10 years.
I guess Ford is doing something right, at least Canadians
think so!
......
It has been revealed - the food industry has deliberately put
salt and sugar into products to get people hooked. They say
they will change their ways. Maybe the people need to change
the way they eat, and not trust the food industry.

So the two rough-necks of the FIFA soccer cup - Brazil and Argentina
are OUT! The hot-head coach of Argentina and his rough-neck team were
given a lesson by the German team, who beat them 4-0. Good for Germany!
The Brazil team was no where near the skill of past FIFA world cups.
Both of those South American teams truly needed to be beaten and taught
a lesson. Then again the unsportsmanship of many, if not most, of the teams
has been very evident; arms and legs flying all over the place, fouls all
the time, bad passes, bad kicks, missed penalty kicks, and from guys who
can juggle the football off the field like circus stars. It does not come
through on the TV but a penalty shot is so close to the goal, it is unreal.
When I first started to play soccer as a kid, I was amazed to find how close
the penalty shot position was to the goal. I thought you would have to be
blind to miss a penalty shot. But you sure saw some terrible penalty
shots missed in this FIFA world cup.
Spain is a team that shows skill and the correct way, for the most part,
in playing soccer - a good example - super good when compared to some
teams like Brazil and Argentina in this FIFA cup of 2010.
It would seem Germany is the team to beat this time around, they are
young in age, fast and strong. Maybe that speaks of the German nation
as a whole. That nation will spear-head and lead the future Beast/Babylon
of Europe in due time, the power that will unleash the last 42 months of
which the book of Revelation speaks about in no uncertain terms, and
bring the end of this age and the return of our Lord and Savior Christ
Jesus.
