Rules Of The Game
RULE 1. Men and women are equal. Period. End of story. If anything, women are superior. No contradiction of this basic premise is allowed None. Period. End of Story. Any biological, physical, or practical facts which contradict this basic premise simply do not exist. Period. End of Story. Any person, man or woman, who attempts to disagree or argue that there are innate biological, physical or emotional differences between men and woman must be shouted down and silenced by any means available.
RULE 2. For White heterosexual males, marriage is the only socially acceptable institution for the relief of innate biological sexual instincts. Sexual activity outside marriage for White males is sexist and shows disrespect for women. Sexual activity for White females outside marriage is liberated and shows independence and strength of character. Blacks of either gender may engage in any sexual behavior of any kind on an unlimited basis, without restraint or social reproof. (NB: Blacks are immune to criticisms of any kind.)
RULE 3. For the duration of any sexual relationship before, during, and after marriage, the provision of relief for the man's biological sex drives is entirely at the discretion of the woman. She says when, where, how, and is in full control. In most states nowadays, if she is displeased with her mate's sexual, financial, or social performance, she may accuse him of marital rape and have him sent to prison for many years.
RULE 4. IMPORTANT: Women always tell the truth. Men always lie. No woman is ever guilty of anything. All men are always guilty of everything. Any accusation of physical of sexual abuse made by the woman against the man is to be believed, completely and without question, regardless of how improbable or bizarre the allegation. Any denial by the man, any attempt on his part to point out facts which do not conform to the woman's version of events, any attempt to bring out any past falsehood or neurotic behavior on her part, is inadmissible and shall be disregarded, scorned, and shouted down.
RULE 5. The only White males who are entitled to credibility, responsible position in the community, or any rights at all are homosexuals. The duty of the heterosexual White male is to work hard, obey his woman, pay for everything, while he remains humble and respectfully silent.
RULE 6. Women will receive the advantage in any dealings with the courts and the legal system. The theory behind this is that women have been traditionally disadvantaged and must therefore now receive preferential treatment, i.e., two wrongs make a right.
RULE 7. When children are involved, custody will almost always be granted to the mother, unless the mother shows up for court reeking of liquor, obviously stoned on drugs, or else raving mad and confined in a straitjacket. Sometimes she'll even get custody under those conditions. If the mother is in a mental institution or serving a prison sentence for a felony conviction, the children will almost always be given to the mother's relatives. Granting custody to the father is to be avoided at all costs to avoid preserving White Male Hegemony, whatever that is.
RULE 8. Any accusation of physical or sexual abuse leveled by the woman against the man is to be believed without question.
Great strides in jurisprudence have already been made in the legal disposition of child abuse and rape cases. Such tedious formalities as the Constitutional rights to be confronted with one's accuser, the right to cross-examine witnesses, the legal prohibition against hearsay evidence, the right to a speedy trial, the right not to be denied bail and not to have excessive bail imposed, and in some cases the right to trial by jury have already been done away with in many states. In the state of Washington the progressive legal concept of preventative detention without even a criminal charge is being implemented against White males who may offend against politically correct sexuality, while in Idaho a new hate crimes law defines all women as a politically protected minority, thus covering everyone except heterosexual White males' against discrimination and "crimes of bias."
It is to be hoped that under the enlightened rule of Presidents bill and Hillary Clinton, the whole time- consuming business of a trial for accused White male child abusers and rapists may be done away with altogether, and the process streamlined so that the accused man is arrested, immediately taken before a judge for sentencing, and then directly to prison. The victim of White male aggression has already suffered enough, and it is unjust that she be put through the ordeal of having to relive her nightmare in a courtroom. Besides, the savings to taxpayers alone argue strongly for such a progressive approach. The money saved can be used to feed the millions of starving people in Africa, or better yet, to bring them here to a new home and new life in America.
RULE 9. When the woman tires of the marriage and ends it, the man will be legally compelled to pay one third to one half of his net income to support a wife and family who are no longer his and whom he may never see again, sometimes for as long as twenty-five or thirty years. If the man objects to this perpetual debt bondage, he is liable to be imprisoned for any length of time without trial, for contempt of court. Should the man revolt in despair against this life of perpetual impoverishment and financial slavery which becomes utterly unbearable, and take flight in a desperate attempt to find someplace where he can start over and possibly build another life and another family before he is too old to do so, then he is a dog, a cur, and he will be hunted down like the vile beast he is and punished with all the majestic wrath of American justice.
RULE 10. Women are born with an inalienable right to have it all: love, money, respect, subservience, obedience, children, career, adventure, romance, political power. Man exists on this earth solely to provide her with this wonderful, stress-free, disappointment-free life which is rightfully hers. She is Woman, hear her roar! All men are morally required to look like Robert Redford, earn a minimum of $300,000 per year, perform like a bull in bed when she's in the mood and never, ever make the slightest demand otherwise, and generally to fulfill every whim, every fantasy, every materialistic desire the woman may have. Men must treat her like a princess while respecting her as an equal -oh, hell, why not admit it, as a superior being-and above all, they must like it. Any White male who does not meet the above standard is a failure as a man and wretch who almost certainly harbors secret right-wing, racist, sexist, homophobic, neo-Nazi criminal thoughts. Society must be protected from men like this.
A FINAL SOLUTION TO WHITE MALE DOMINATION.
Anyone who voices even the mildest protest or dissent against any of the above is a right-winger, a sexist and a neo-Nazi. These people must be shouted down, intimidated, and silenced by any means available. As a long term solution, appropriate Federal legislation against this kind of hate crime must be enacted by the Co-Presidents and the new, progressive Democratic People's Congress. Anti- social elements who persistently refuse to love all of the diverse peoples in America's gorgeous mosaic must be removed from society and put into camps.

To save the breakdown of civilized society we must return back to the source of order, and order comes only from Law. The Family is the foundation upon which Republics (rule by law) stand. The following comments are quoted from the book "Handbook of Bible Law," Pg 57, 58. Family Law:
"The term 'family,' as it occurs in the English Bible, is nearly always the translation of the Hebrew word mishp~ch~h, which properly means 'clan,' although it is often used in the narrower sense of 'family.' The word bayith, or 'house' is on occasion rendered 'family' and in other cases makes inference to the household or family.
The head of the family or house was the patriarch or father, as is represented by the frequently occurring phrases, "my father's house," or "Joseph's house,' etc. The father directed and controlled the religious course of the family or household, as Joshua declared, "but as for me and my house, we will serve the LORD" (Josh. 24:15).
The legitimacy and birthright of a child was derived from the father, not from the mother. The weaning of a child, especially the first-born or heir, was the occasion of festivities (Gen. 21:8). Likewise the birthright was gained or passed on by some official act or 'blessing' by the father upon the heir (Gen. 48:8-20).
The family is a type of small community, and its success and orderly existence demands that certain duties and responsibilities be performed on the part of its members, especially of the parents. As Blackstone states:
"The most universal relation in nature is that between parent and child....The duties of parents to legitimate children principally consist in three particulars; their maintenance, their protection, and their education"
(1 Bl. Comm. 446).
The duty towards education of the young was regarded of the greatest importance. All the children, both boys and girls, were under the tutelage of the woman of the house until the boys gradually come to be more closely attached to the men, and then were taught by them the knowledge of the profession from which the family gained its livelihood, as is still done today.
The father and mother were the chief foundations of knowledge and authority (Prov. 1:8, 4:1-4; 6:20; et seq.). In well-to-do families, nurses (2 Sam. 4:4) and instructors, or tutors (2 Kings 10:1,5), were not uncommon. The means of obtaining 'higher' education existed by way of teachers (1 Chron. 25:8; Psa 119:99), and by the wise men and elders of the city who taught the law, the traditions or history, and wisdom or the understanding of things.
The duty of children to obey and honor their parents is critical not only to the order of the family unit, but also to society which they will become more and more a part of. Children that have no respect for their parents will have little or no respect for others. The importance of this duty is shown by its appearance within the Ten Commandments - "Honor thy father and thy mother" (Exod. 20:12)
The idea of the Christian family is a communion resting on an ethico-Christian foundation, and forming the closest of all human relationships. It is likened to the highest and most perfect union, that of Christ and the church (body of believers), with Christ as its head.
On Marriage, here are more comments from "Handbook on Bible Law", pg. 52:
In the Bible marriage belongs within the sphere of individual law, that is, it took place through an individual or private agreement. This agreement was concluded between the man who wished to marry and his future wife along with the consent of her father.
Marriage, by its nature, is also a civil thing, being that all of society is not only based and depended upon marriage, but also the fruit of the marriage, children, will impact the nature of society. Marriage is the very basis of the whole fabric of civilized society.
These principals have come down to us through the English Common Law, which recognized this unique nature of marriage as being a civil institution established by private agreement. As a legal agreement, marriage requires that certain duties and responsibilities be kept by the parties entering into it.
Marriage is based on the Biblical principle of a holy union of man and wife ordained by God. By such union husband and wife are, in law, regarded as "one flesh"(Mark 10:8), which forms the basis of the legal status known as coverture:
"By marriage, the husband and wife are one person in law, that is, the very being or legal existence of the woman is suspended during the marriage, or at least is incorporated and consolidated into that of the husband: under whose wing, protection, and cover, she performs every thing; and is therefore called in our law-french a feme-covert,...and her condition during her marriage is called her coverture."
(1 Bl. Comm. 442).
As a Divine union, marriage is meant to last for the life of the parties which have entered into the covenant promising, "until death do us part." The Divine origin of marriage, and the early state of the institution, are clearly recorded in the instance of the pairing of Adam and Eve (Gen. 2:18-25), whence it appears that woman was made after man to be "a helper suited to him."

In our last issue we started this section to rescue our language from redefinition by the "gayspeak" movement of the Heterophobes. We would like to continue it as a regular feature of upcoming issues to counter both the SADs (Sodomites Against Decency) assault and the lethargic do nothing public's apathy and cowardess. AIDS is still predominantly spread and contracted by Homosexuals, mainly because of their highly promiscuous behavior. If it wasn't for their "blood terrorism" and bi-sexual relations the innocent straight populace would still be relatively unaffected by this killer disease. "The mind of sinful man is death, but the mind controlled by the Spirit is life and peace" Rom. 8:6
Christianity is the only "lifestyle". The Way, as
shown to us by Christ's example, is the only path that leads
to life. If we desire life over death we must repent and seek
out our salvation in fear and trembling if we hope to escape
the coming fire (Heb. 12:28-29)

"Many years ago, homosexuality was considered a sin. Over the last several decades, modern physicians redefined it as a disease. Just a few years ago, modern medicine, led by the psychiatrists, removed homosexuality from the lexicon of diseases, calling it an alternative life-style. (The implication of the word 'alternative' is that one is just as good as the other.) By removing the traditional social taboos against homosexual behavior, doctors weakened the traditional barriers of fear and guilt that had long served, at least partially, to reduce the incidence of blatant homosexual behavior.
When in American history have homosexuals found it so easy to have the contact with multiple sexual partners that appears to be a prime predisposing factor in AIDS? It makes little difference whether the mechanism of AIDS causation is traumatic, bacterial, viral, or immunological; a major determinant still remains the number of sexual partners.
"Because of AIDS, doctors should begin to rethink their nonjudgmental stand on certain homosexual behavior patterns. Perhaps the common denominator of both these modern epidemics - AIDS and herpes - is promiscuity. Maybe the first step doctors can take in an effort to discourage relations with multiple sexual partners and the diseases that such behavior leads to is to abandon the euphemism 'sexually active' and to call promiscuity by its real name."

This Church Property Seized By Order of the Court

On February 26, 1993, while I was enroute to a speaking engagement in San Antonio, Texas, six sheriff cruisers, occupied by armed men, pulled into the church yard of the LaPorte Church of Christ where I have pastored for over fifteen years. With them came a loading van which they backed up to the church doors. After ordering one gentleman off the premises who was on the church grounds at the time, these so-called lawmen proceeded to have church property loaded into the van, changed door locks and plastered numerous signs which said, KEEP OUT THIS PROPERTY SEIZED BY ORDER OF THE COURT Larimer County Sheriff's Department Civil Process Unit. After seizing the building and stealing part of its contents, valued at over $20,000, the very men we thought were to protect our property from thieves, rode off into the sunset with their loot.
By the way, the church sets in LaPorte, Colorado which happens to be in the U.S.A. not the U.S.S.R. No doubt, many may hear of or read of this incident and think that obviously the church had done some grievous wrong or else this would have never happened. These same smug individuals will most likely think it can't or won't happen to them. Perhaps they'll reconsider once they've pondered the facts of the matter as told from the side of the persecuted victim, i.e., the church, which not only did not commit a crime, but did not even have a trial.
In this writing, I as church pastor, shall tell the story, give our perspective, reasons, etc., and tell what happened prior and subsequent to that Friday, February 26, 1993.
The story begins in 1988 when certain homosexuals and pro-homosexual individuals tried to get a pro- homosexual city ordinance passed in the city of Fort Collins, Colorado (which is just four miles from LaPorte, Colorado). The ordinance was allegedly to protect homosexuals from discrimination but in reality gave them protected status and discriminated against those rare Christian people who wished to practice their Christian lifestyle outside of the four walls of a church building. Myself, along with the little church I pastor, vigorously opposed the ordinance by proclaiming through radio, television and newspaper what the Bible said on the subject. The ordinance was defeated but I was subsequently contacted by the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder, Myrna J. Rodenberger and then by the Secretary of the State of Colorado, Natalie Meyer and advised that I needed to complete and sign certain forms required by the Colorado Campaign Reform Act. I read that act in its entirety and could see I had not violated it. I wrote letters to both Myrna J. Rodenberger and Natalie Meyer, making inquiry and asking certain questions but these so-called public servants refused to answer my questions. The bottom line was I was told I had violated Colorado Election Code Section 1-45-121 which required I immediately file certain forms with the State of Colorado or else be fined ten dollars per day until the forms were filed.
Natalie Meyer held a public administrative hearing concerning the alleged violation at a time which was impossible for me to attend and arbitrarily refused my request for an alternate hearing date. As a result of that hearing, an order was issued by Natalie Meyer stating: WHEREFORE I, Natalie Meyer, Secretary of State, do hereby order that Reverend Peter J. Peters on behalf of the LaPorte Church of Christ is a political committee and I do further order that Reverend Peter J. Peters complies with the provisions of the Colorado Campaign Reform Act by filing a "Committee Statement of Organization" along with the appropriate "Reports of Contributions and Expenditures" with this office not later than July 14, 1989; if said statement and reports are not filed or postmarked with this office at that time, a fine of $10 per day will be assessed by the Office of the Secretary of State and will commence on July 15, 1989.
Notice the administrative ruling stated: Reverend Peter J. Peters on behalf of the LaPorte Church of Christ is a political committee. However based on that order, the subsequent court judgement issued 4-4-91 by John David Sullivan, a so-called District Judge of the District Court, County of Larimer, State of Colorado was against the LaPorte Church of Christ and the judgement was issued without a trial.
This came about, in part, as a result of meeting with Assistant Colorado Attorney General, Maurice Knaizer after Natalie Meyer's ruling and going over the Colorado Campaign Reform Act with him showing him where the Act itself forbids one individual, such as myself, from being declared a political action committee. He acknowledged such was the case and then simply brought suit against the LaPorte Church of Christ even though the LaPorte Church of Christ had never had an administrative hearing by the Secretary of State nor had a ruling been issued against it by the Secretary of State. This was not brought out in a court trial because from a pre-trial hearing, the court declared that the church was an unincorporated association and that the Church had to have "legal counsel authorized to practice in Colorado". When the court was properly notified that the church had such counsel and His name was Jesus Christ, the court simply responded by issuing a default judgement against the LaPorte Church of Christ in the "sum of $10.00 per day from July 15, 1989."
Then, to make matters even worse, the court later allowed the judgement to be allegedly amended (in reality altered) and allowed an entirely different entity to be added to the judgement. That entity being an old state corporation. Thus, the judgement on which the sheriff's levy of seizure was issued contained an alleged unincorporated association and an old corporation though the corporate entity certainly never had due process nor in actuality did the alleged unincorporated association.
To help the reader fully understand the illegality and criminality of such acts, think of all this in terms of yourself and two friends. Say your name is John and your friends names are Peter and Paul. As a result of you exercising your right of free speech and worship, you, without the benefit of your attendance, are the subject of a bureaucratic administrative hearing (not a trial) and the result is you're fined $10/day until you sign certain forms. However, the forms don't apply to you, and their wordings (which you're not allowed to change) would cause you to violate your religious convictions. When you refuse to sign and you refuse to hire a lawyer because of the expense and because you know you've committed no crime, a default judgement is issued by a so-called judge against PETER. Then when a thieving collection attorney (who gets a percentage of the plunder) starts collecting, he discovers that PAUL has property. So he goes to the so-called judge and has the judge put Paul's name on the judgement. Then another comrade is brought into the picture called the Sheriff who gives guns and badges to certain men and tells them to go and loot the property of John, Peter and Paul. To add insult to injury, you are then told the band of people who participated in this robbery are lawful and you're unlawful to object. Because you object, and prepare to defend yourself from further plunder, (You know you can't call 911 because it's the 911 boys who are stealing from you.) you are labeled a radical and told you shouldn't have broken the law in the first place. The three of you are also told that you can always post bond, put up five to ten thousand dollars in retainer fees for the hiring of a lawyer and then litigate this in court if you wish to get your property back. Think how you would feel. This is not an Alice in Wonderland story. It's called justice, U.S.S.A. style.
Isaiah describes such times in Isaiah 5:20,23. Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil...Who justify the wicked for a bribe, and take away the rights of the ones who are in the right!
The French economist, statesman and author, Frederic Bastiat, (1801-1850) upon observing the breakdown of society by communistic socialism, wrote a timeless treatise entitled The Law (available from Scriptures for America Ministries for a $2.00 offering). In it he described the perversion of law that Isaiah wrote of and that we experienced. Following are some quotes from that treatise.
"The law perverted! And the police powers of the state perverted along with it! The law, I say, not only turned from its proper purpose but made to follow an entirely contrary purpose! The law become the weapon of every kind of greed! Instead of checking crime, the law itself guilty of the evils it is supposed to punish!
If this is true, it is a serious fact, and the moral duty requires me to call attention of my fellow-citizens to it. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. It has converted plunder into a right, in order to protect plunder. And it has converted lawful defense into a crime, in order to punish lawful defense.
Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes (sheriffs) at the service of the plunderers, and treats the victimwhen he defends himselfas a criminal.
The nature of law is to maintain justice. This is so much the case that, in the minds of the people, law and justice are one and the same thing. There is in all of us a strong disposition to believe that anything lawful is also legitimate. This belief is so widespread that many persons have erroneously held that things are "just" because law makes them so. Thus, in order to make plunder appear just and sacred to many consciences, it is only necessary for the law to decree and sanction it.
If you suggest a doubt as to the morality of these institutions, it is boldly said that "You are a dangerous innovator, a utopian, a theorist, a subversive; you would shatter the foundation upon which society rests."
THERE IS AN APPOINTED TIME FOR EVERYTHING.
And there is a time for every event under heaven... A time for war, and a time for peace. (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8) In 1776 our forefathers, who fought and killed, bled and died so that we might have freedom of religion and speech, understood the teachings of Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. Likewise, on February 26, 1993 upon hearing of the seizure, I called a press conference at Stapleton International Airport in Denver, Colorado where I was enroute to San Antonio, Texas and I informed all the reporters that I and Christian men from across America who would stand with me, would be in that church building on Sunday, February 28 and I would preach a sermon in that building as I've done for fifteen plus years. Thanks be to the Heavenly Father, the sheriff contacted us and agreed to give back the keys to the building. Thus we were able to assemble PEACEFULLY on February 28, at which time I delivered a message based on Ecclesiastes 3:1-8 entitled What Time is It? A taped copy of that message has been sent to all parties responsible for the theft and the ATTEMPT to stop us from assembling for freedom of worship.
The issue of taking back an unjustly seized church building is not an issue of property but of the right and freedom to assemble and worship. Property has not been the catalyst causing Christian men to draw the line in the sand and gravel parking lot in front of the church building. Even a few months prior, the thieves had taken over $3,800 out of a church checking account and we responded as per Hebrews 10:34. Someone said "we may have to start meeting in a rented hall", but if Christian men allow a thieving, communistic, socialistic state with its armed henchmen to dictate they must meet in a rented hall, then it won't be long (as happened in the USSR) the same state will not allow above ground Christian meetings and worship at all. If it's right to fight and war for freedom abroad, then it is not wrong nor a sin to do so for freedom at home. The American Christians who would condemn such a position must then condemn the Christian men (their forefathers) in 1776 who took such a stand and should (if they dare before God) confess the sins of such forefathers.
In 1988, I and my church exercised our God given rights and freedom to proclaim God's word. Jesus himself gave us the authority to "Go into the world and preach the gospel to all creation". "All the world" includes Fort Collins, Colorado and "preach the gospel" includes preaching it as it pertains to the sin of homosexuality. Jesus did not say to do so, His disciples must first sign up with Caesar (or Natalie Meyer) as a political action committee. The church I pastor is not a 501C3 church and is not a state incorporation. Christ is the head and we cannot and will not give Natalie Meyer a position in the church God has not given and we will not and cannot place a small "g" god (or eloheim) before or above the true God. It was four years after the little church and I battled homosexuals locally that the State of Colorado passed Amendment 2 prohibiting state and local government from passing laws that protect sodomites from discrimination. Thus, obviously the people of the State are not against us even though the attorney general's office lists them as plaintiffs against our church. The Christians and churches should not be against us either, for if we were to sign forms it would set a precedent in the State that churches could be considered PACS (political action committees). As a result they too could be subject to demands by the state to have their membership lists examined as well as their financial records.
We pray that it's time for peace but that will have to be decided by the treacherous thieving wolves who wrap themselves in a sheepskin diploma from a law, police or political school and say "it's the law", caring less if it's right, moral or just. It is possible for the wolf pack, with a taste of blood, to run the sheep too far into civilization and suffer the consequences. Civilized, Christian men know it's wrong for a state and its officials to hypocritically oppose discrimination against homosexuals and then discriminate against Christians who would dare expose and oppose that sin. When does it all end? Frederic Bastiat wrote, When then, does plunder stop? It stops when it becomes more painful and more dangerous than labor.
It's a dangerous situation in America when Christian groups can be so persecuted, deprived of due process and threatened to the point of being denied the very freedom of assembly and worship in their church buildings. It is a time for prayer and our prayers and our request of your prayers is for PEACE, but His will be done.
As of this writing, (March, 1993) we are again meeting in the building, though the thieves now claim to legally have seized it. Our front door proudly wears the sheriff's keep out sign as does the cross which stands behind the church pulpit. I will not sign the forms (though I've been informed by collection officer Jon Goldstein that the $10/day fine will continue forever until I do), nor will I give up the Christian religious freedoms purchased by others before me at a very great cost.
