On Dec. 12, 1940, an article entitled “A NEW WORLD ORDER” by John G.
Alexander was placed in the Congressional Record calling for a world
federation. Also, in July 1940, an article entitled “THE NEW WORLD
ORDER: A Japanese View" was published in Contemporary Japan
magazine. And the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace
published a work called “THE NEW WORLD ORDER” calling for regional
and world federation, together with special plans for world order
after World War II. Alger Hiss, who was later found to be a member
of the Communist Party, became President of The Carnegie Endowment
for International Peace in 1946 after succeeding in establishing the
United Nations, the main governing arm of that NEW WORLD ORDER. In
1974, The U.N. General Assembly issued a report entitled “NEW
International Economic ORDER” outlining a plan to redistribute the
wealth from the rich to the poor nations.
“The manifest necessity for some collective WORLD CONTROL to
eliminate warfare and the less generally admitted necessity for a
COLLECTIVE CONTROL OF THE ECONOMIC AND BIOLOGICAL LIFE of mankind,
are aspects of one and the same process.” Wells proposes a
“collectivist ONE-WORLD STATE OR NEW WORLD ORDER” comprised of
“SOCIALIST DEMOCRACIES”. He advocates "universal conscription for

THE NEW WORLD ORDER, by H.G. Wells, published in 1940
On Sept 9, 1960 President Eisenhower signed
Senate Joint Resolution 170 promoting the concept of a federal
Atlantic Union. Atlantic Union Committee member Elmo Roper delivered
an address titled, “The Goal is Government of All the World” in
which he states: “For it becomes clear that the first step toward
World Government cannot be completed until we have advanced on the
four fronts: economic, military, political, and social. By chance,
the economic came first, and this was a very positive step. The
military has now come next, and that is necessary. The political
must come next, and the social will follow the political
organization.
“The NEW ORDER taking shape in the world today is
not the one imagined by the obsolete Statesman. Rather than
nation—states weighing in on a new global balance, a high—tech
archipelago of affluent city—regions is evolving amid a sea of
impoverished humanity. (Most of the world will be poor serfs to the
affluent masters — Ed. note) These city—regions are linked together
by transnational business firms (International bankers and
industrialists - Ed. Note) which, in ceaseless pursuit of new
customers, ARE CREATING NEW NETWORKS THAT BYPASS THE TRADITIONAL
NATION-STATE FRAMEWORK. (That means eliminating America - Ed. note)
By placing science and technology solely in the service of these
companies, fading nation—state governments are not only hastening
their own DEMISE; they are also accomplices in a GLOBAL STRATEGY

If current trends continue, such nation states as
Germany, Italy, United States or Japan will no longer be relevant
entities in the ultimate political configuration.
THE REAL DECISION MAKING POWER OF THE FUTURE, WILL BE A NETWORK OF
TRANSNATIONAL COMPANIES IN ALLIANCE WITH CITY-REGIONAL GOVERNMENTS.
The aim of fading national governments that support
such a strategy is to attain global technological and industrial
supremacy by CAPTURING the allegiance (read: slavery — Ed. note) of
the 800 million consumers within the rich regions. Committing the
vast majority of the world’s population to a GLOBAL UNDERCLASS is
not only unjust, but also unsustainable in a well—armed world.
The future will be characterized by a prosperous
network (read: secret combination — Ed. Note) of transnational firms
that will grow dynamically together in what is basically a G-7 CLUB,
LEAVING BEHIND THE GREAT MASS OF HUMANITY THAT CANT QUALIFY AS
CUSTOMERS. (Or as people, just as slaves -Ed. note
Imagine how such an ORDER would redraw the world map:

Combination) archipelago of technopoles comprising less than

changed to the All-Soviet Communist Party (Bolshevik). In 1952, it

Inflation, deflation, depression. . . . all had
brought misery to the new nation, prompting Washington to write:
“Who could have foreseen, or predicted the disorders which have
arisen in these states!” (1787 letter to Gen. Knox) It is at that
point that the Constitutional Convention was convened in
Philadelphia. Those who had experienced such trauma were determined
to do something to restrain their government from issuing paper
money and forcing it into circulation.
Thus is was that on Aug. 16, 1787, they approved
Section 8 of the Constitution barring Congress from the right to
print paper money, and on August 18, they framed Section 10
prohibiting the “friends of paper money” from using the states to
print paper money.
Soon after the adoption of these two Articles, the tide turned and
nation began to prosper! Its economic ills began to disappear. Its
leaders rejoiced! In 1790, George Washington said that revenues
“were considerably more productive than it was imagined they would
be, and the spirit of enterprise everywhere prevails.” He exclaimed,
“our public credit stands on that high ground which three years ago
it would have been considered madness to have foretold, . . . the
United States enjoys a sense of prosperity and tranquility under the
new government that could hardly have been hoped for.”
The Founders had lifted the nation from economic
depression to prosperity and progress (in a couple of years). They
did it by a Constitutional mandate for a sound currency—on which the
government could not manipulate, one that had intrinsic value for
the citizens holding it. The Constitution protected the individual’s
right to own precious metals and to use them as a medium of

Executive Orders
On February 16 and February 27, 1962 President Kennedy signed
Documents Giving the President of the United states complete control
over our lives. This control is to be exercised through unelected
officials in the Office of Emergency Planning. These officials
cannot be voted out of power; you have no recourse no matter how
detrimental their actions may be to you; you must submit.
These controls can be imposed “in any time of increased
international tension or
economic or financial crisis.”
1. Executive Order 10995 takes over all communications,
2. Executive Order 10997 takes over all electric power, petroleum,
gas, fuel and minerals.
3. Executive Order 10998 takes over all food resources and farms.
4. Executive Order 10999 takes over all means of transportation,
controls highways and seaports.
5. Executive Order 11000 drafts all citizens into work forces under
governmental supervision.
6. Executive Order 11001 takes over all health, welfare and
educational functions.
7. Executive Order 11002 empowers the Postmaster General to register
all citizens nationwide.
8. Executive Order 11003 takes over all airports and aircraft.
9. Executive Order 11004 takes over housing and finance authorities,
designates areas to be abandoned as “unsafe”, establishes new
locations for populations. relocates communities, builds new housing
with public funds.
10. Executive Order 11005 takes over all railroads, inland
waterways, and public storage facilities.
11. Executive Order 11051 designates responsibilities of the Office
of Emergency Planning, gives authorization to put the above orders
into effect in times of increased international tension or economic
or financial crises.
Under President Nixon these orders were combined into Executive
Order 11490. President Carter added a few minor amendments on July
20, 1979. Now all of them can be imposed upon us in one moment,
anytime there is, in the President’s opinion1 “international
tension, internal unrest or financial crisis”. What will you do?
To give the President these types of dictatorial powers that can be
enforced in an instant in these types of situations is like a loaded
gun at the heads of We the People. If the trigger is not going to be
pulled then why hasn’t his gun been unloaded and the weapon removed?
The Los Angeles Crisis is an example of how the President could
declare a National Emergency to take away the freedom of you and I!
