Anatomy of a False Doctrine
An expose' of the various 'Tabernacle Studies' extant

       Hello, we at WBSG are fellow Chapel students (SCN) who have run into a 'new' teaching that we fear you may have also encountered.  That teaching being called the 'Tabernacle Study' series.  This series is not taught by the Chapel, but rather it was formed by people who are is distributing it within the ranks of Chapel membership, and with it is attempting to interject heretical teachings into the body of Christ.  We received a copy of the 'Tabernacle Studies' ourselves and recognized this teaching for what it is - Luciferian (of Lucifer) New-Age doctrine, with even a smattering of Kabbalah (Jewish esoteric occultism) thrown in.

       We at WBSG do not presume to say nor accuse that those who may have shared this teaching with you are knowing conspirators of this false doctrine.  They most likely have been deceived by the teaching themselves and now spread it in good faith to the rest of the body.  This expository study on the Tabernacle Series is as much for them as it is for those freshly exposed to these horrible studies.

        And it must be further stated that there is more than one 'group' teaching a 'Tabernacle style' study series, so perhaps this exposition does not necessarily apply to everything titled "The Tabernacle Study."   However, we are told by someone in the know that one particular Tabernacle Study offered by one 'group' so closely mirrors another one from a second different 'group' that they can be considered "second witnesses' to each other.  Hence doubling the danger to the unwary student.  Please understand that I am choosing my words carefully, for a flippant comment could destroy a reputation, which is not our intent.

        But the particular study-by-mail Tabernacle Study series that we comment on herein is the one which we have physical copies of, and which is excerpted from heavily in this study.  We do not intend to reveal names nor embarrass anyone, please do not even ask for the source of the studies, for as stated above, many of those responsible for the three-fold increase in membership to the Tabernacle study series are simply themselves deceived by this false doctrine, and accordingly possess some certain degree of innocence that we dare not compromise.  This author personally knows of at least six people who are being drawn into this, and they are all Chapel students, elect members of the body, and they all love the Lord intensely - they are simply being deceived and unwittingly they are deceiving their friends and others with whom they share these studies.  Below is an  interesting Scripture, ironically, it is perhaps all too applicable here:

2 Tim 3:13-15
13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.
14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15 And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus. (KJV)

        The originator(s) of this one particle Tabernacle Study series cell, by their own boast have stated that the 'membership' of their Tabernacle series cell has grown from 60 members to over 200 members in a very short time.  I personally know that it has been spread to other students during at least the last two major gatherings of the Chapel;  Who knows how far it will (and has) spread from there.  It is therefore our intention, if we may, to expose the Tabernacle Study series and the contents of same for what it is - Luciferian New-Age doctrine.  Thus, hopefully, alerting our brethren who may be in danger should they become seduced by these type studies.  I must reiterate, these Tabernacle studies are not sanctioned by the Chapel, nor are they distributed by the Chapel, and I would imagine that (you-know-who) would have a 2x4 for anyone he caught spreading them to the body.  But of course I do not speak for the man.

        However, as one man's opinion goes, I will state that I 'picked up' during the afternoon teaching at the recent Fall gathering that he was very angry about the spreading of some type of teachings by members of the congregation during the evening prior and also possibly before.  But as I have stated, I do not presume to speak for him, I wouldn't even try it! Obtain the studies from the recent gathering on tape and it should be quite clear that he was perturbed about something of the sort (Touchstone, I believe it is).  I suppose that I should send him a copy of this.  That's all I will say on that.  This present work is about false doctrines and how they can be introduced unawares if one is not careful to check out everything they learn in side-study groups with their Bible.  Let's begin by asking ourselves a logical question:

Can the Elect be deceived?

        May I ask why the Elect should assume that satan doesn't have a plan to deceive them?  I mean satan has a plan to deceive all peoples of the earth, why should the Elect put their guard down?  Sure, the Elect can't be deceived by a Rapture doctrine like the Charismatics and the Pentecostals....  Nor shall the Elect be drawn into the blatant idol worship practiced by the Catholic Church.  And most certainly the Elect will not deny the Lord Jesus Christ crucified as do the Jews and the Muslims....  No way!  And they wouldn't even dream of worshiping multiple gods and goddesses as do the Eastern Religions.  So what is the Achilles heel of the Elect?  What gate should the Elect guard most closely?  Where is the place that satan would have the best chance of compromising one of the Elect if it were possible?

        The answer is in the very thing that sets the Elect apart from others - knowledge.  The Elect have an inborn desire to seek out the deeper things in God's Word.  Satan knows this.  Therein the danger is found.

        The Elect constantly seek to dive deeper and deeper into God's Word.  This is good, this is what they are supposed to do, however, if they are not careful they begin to skim over the 'basics,' always looking for some greater deeper hidden thing in the Word of God, they can drift away from the foundation and be caught in the winds of the pursuit of esoteric knowledge (hidden/forbidden knowledge).

        There is wisdom and there is knowledge, and it is good, however there is also forbidden knowledge, evil knowledge which is not of God but rather of the wicked one.  Cain possessed a certain advanced knowledge, but it was evil.  Someone had to teach him and his offspring how to build cities, found the art of music, and master the science of Metallurgy; I contend that it was his father satan that gave him that higher knowledge after Cain was cast out of God's 'sight.'

        And the Fallen Angels brought with them grand knowledge and wisdom, but it was corrupt and evil, for these Fallen Angels led the world down into the flood of Noah.  Even Apostle Paul stated that he learned certain things in Heaven that man is not to know on the earth:

2 Cor 12:4
4 How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter. (KJV)

        No doubt that Paul learned true and good things that simply were not to be spoken at that time, but satan possesses great knowledge and wisdom that is evil, corrupt, and a lie.  Satan, as the serpent, used the promise of 'enlightenment' to destroy Eve, then he used the fallen and beguiled Eve to destroy Adam.  That is how satan operates, he leads one person astray and then uses that person to lead others astray that he could not easily himself reach personally.  Don't let satan use you like that.  For we know Adam was in the Garden before Eve, but he didn't 'eat' of the 'tree' until Eve first led him there into the sin.  This also is how satan spreads false doctrines like the Tabernacle Studies:

Gen 3:4-6
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.
6 And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree to be desired to make one wise, she took of the fruit thereof, and did eat, and gave also unto her husband with her; and he did eat. (KJV)

        My point is that you must be careful where you seek this deeper knowledge and wisdom, and you better know from whom it is ultimately coming.   For satan will lie and twist, corrupt and alter the truth and the wisdom of God, he will turn the holy into the profane.  These Tabernacle Studies are designed to destroy someone who possesses much knowledge in the Word of God.  These studies take deep subjects and tweak them up about 5% out of true until they become profane to our Heavenly Father.  The average lay-Christian could not even understand the complex issues raised in these Tabernacle Studies.  But the Elect can, to their own undoing.

        Just as the false Rapture doctrine so closely mirrors the true Second Advent that it leads many astray, so also do these Tabernacle Studies attempt to blur the line between servant and the served, and between angel and Elect, the immortal spirit body and the maker of the immortal spirit body, God and godly, living a Christ like life and becoming Christ like, being anointed and being The Anointed, becoming anointed and becoming The Anointed,....

        You hear us use a term here: "New-Age" religion;  But what exactly is New-Age religion?  And this is important, for we assert that the Tabernacle Studies are nothing more than a cheap rip-off of the age old Gnosticism, the spirituality movement, Theosophy, Humanism, New Age....  The Chapel has an excellent tape titled: Humanism #499; you might like to listen to it, for in it he speaks against a lot of the false New-Age tenants found in the Tabernacle Studies.  And since this particular study we are presenting here will be read primarily by Chapel students, a second witness from the Chapel always goes a long way.

        Would be that there was more work in this area to warn Chapel students to this type of false doctrine which is far more dangerous than even the false Rapture doctrines.  For the one-world religion will not be a world 'Rapture' doctrine, but rather a New-Age spirituality based, all inclusive anti-religion (an instead-of religion, and impostor religion, an apostate religion).  The Rapture doctrine will only bewilder the poor deceive Christian souls that believe in it to break them down into assimilating into the one-world New-Age Luciferian religion with satan (in disguise) as it's head as the anti-savior, the anti-god, the antichrist.  The Elect won't fall for the Rapture, but what about the New-Age religious teachings that so closely parrot so many of Christianity's words and terms that is hard to distinguish by those not forewarned?

        But allow us to give you a brief synopsis of the New-Age religious movement's ideals, beliefs, and plans, so that the reader may bear them in mind while we take an expository look at some of the utterly remarkable, bizarre, and outright blasphemous teachings in the Tabernacle study series, you will find them to be closely related at their foundations; however, the architect of the Tabernacle series, who is obviously well versed in his Bible (corruptibly), has purposely toned much of it down, and veiled many concepts, blanketing them with catch-phrases that a Christian can easily identify with and be put off guard by; Such as The Christ, The Spirit, The Creator, Spirit, Son of God, The Almighty..., these are what we refer to as 'deity neutral' names, meaning any deity from any religion will fit in, depending on the religion of the speaker.  There is also a heavy play to the 'Elect of God' in these studies, for it is only the Elect, they say, that can comprehend the Tabernacle series.  It could be said that the Tabernacle studies are geared to appeal to and beguile the Elect specifically.  Elect beware!  Test the fruit, compare them to the Holy Scriptures at every turn.

        While at face value a Christian would see those above 'deity neutral' words in some doctrine or some new study series and believe them to be the earmarks of a truly Christian system. But wait, not so fast, those terms given above would also be easily identified and accepted by the Jew, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist....

        Tell me what religion can not identify with "The Creator?" Or "God," or "The Almighty," or even "a son of God." And then let's take it one step further and we shall see where the Tabernacle studies really show their true colors. While all religions cannot and will not accept Jesus Christ, they can easily accept "The Christ," or "Christ," which to them simply means the anointed or even the anointing (as an act, bestowal, or a level to be attained).

        Or even the term "Spirit," or "The Spirit," can be approved by all religions, for they all believe in spirits and a Creator and an anointing or blessing from the One who Created everything. That is another big New-Age universal catchphrase: "The One" (capitalized). What religion on the planet cannot accept that there is a supernatural "The One?"

        I think you get what I am saying, what the New-Age religion does is to use generic terms for Deity that offend no one religion and can be assumed by all.  Even the word "Jesus," capitalized and standing alone can be universally accepted by the worlds religions.  For when you write "Jesus" without the word "Christ" following, it's the same thing as saying "Tom," or "Mary."  Now please understand, that as Christians we revere the name of "Jesus" as the Son of God Savior, but in the global religious neighborhood, "Jesus" is not The Son of God but simply a son of God.  Jesus is written of in the Muslim's Koran (translated: Isa) as is Mother Mary (Miriam), but to them Jesus was simply a prophet, and Joseph and Mary were just his parents who all visited the now Muslim Egypt.

        In New Age Bible Versions by Gail Riplinger ISBN#0963584502 (Highly recommended!), on page #312, she states that the name "Jesus" without "Christ" is already recognized in many world religions.  For instance, in Hindu, Jesus is the son and Krishna is the Father.  In Islam, Jesus (Isa) is a prophet, a nabis or 'messenger of god'.  In the Cults, such as Jehovah Witnesses, Jesus is the Archangel Michael;  In Mormon, Jesus is the brother of Lucifer!; In the Occult, Edgar Cayce, premier occultist, states that Jesus is the reincarnation of Adam;  And the Unification Church states that 'Jesus' appeared to Rev. Moon telling him to start his Unification Church.  So when you just use the name "Jesus" you are saying a lot less to the global 'religious' world that a Christian sees.  This of course is by design.  As we view excerpts of the Tabernacle studies keep an eye out for the 'deity neutral' names incorporated, for as I have stated, this is done by design, but the wise can use them to identify false doctrine and cult.

        But what of the New-Age religious beliefs?  Well they are many and diverse but ever the gaps are closing.  Briefly stated, New-Ager's believe that all is spirit, we all are spiritual.  To them, The Christ is an anointing of enlightenment, a state of being rather than an entity proper.  New-Ager's believe that we can all reach this level, called among other things, a 'Christ consciousness', becoming 'Christ-like', or having a 'Christ mind'.  It is enlightenment they seek not salvation, for to them enlightenment raises them to a level where death has no power, thus salvation useless, they will save themselves, they will become immortal.  They believe that once they reach this Christ like state that they can then shape and help the world, even saving, and possessing the traits of a higher evolved spiritual being, a god so to speak, though they shy away from that term for obvious reasons.   But it is fundamentally what they think they shall become, a person with the very nature of God, becoming one with The One (God).

        They believe that we are all here on this earth to evolve ourselves spiritually into our higher selves, our eternal spiritual being.  And they feel that the unique Constellation alignment in this age (age of Aquarius) is shedding powers upon the earth which if assimilated and harnessed shall raise them to spiritual levels unattainable since thousands of years past, perhaps even back at the time of Jesus Christ.  They believe that the time is now and they must act.  To them, Jesus Christ may well have evolved into that state of pure spiritual man because of his good deed-full pure life on earth, but they do not believe that Jesus Christ came forth from God in that manner as the only begotten Son of God, Savior; and they certainly have trouble accepting Him as God in the flesh.  But what little of that which they do understand, they corrupt by thinking that they can also become that, as Christ, a christ person, a spiritually evolved supernatural entity.  It's their destiny, they would say.

        So when they say that they seek to attain 'Christ-like-ness,' in reality they have perverted the true meaning in Scripture and feel that they can actually literally become as the Christ, as a supernatural eternal spirit being on the level of the One who created all people with the inborn ability to become even as He.  They believe that it is their birthright as a son of God so to speak.

        Their doctrines rely heavily upon works as opposed to Grace, they think they can earn immortality by what they themselves accomplish in both the physical and the spiritual realm, they think that they can learn or become aware of 'secrets' and 'hidden mysteries' that will raise them to a higher level of consciousness or awareness, they evolve into all-knowing.  They believe that if enough of them world-wide join spiritually that they can usher in a new age, an age of eternal spirit and love; in short, they are removing The Almighty Lord God and His Savior Jesus Christ from the equation - fools!  You notice the heavy usage of 'deity neutral' terms, always look for this within the occultic New-Age movement, it is always present.  Also look for the capitalization of 'deity neutral' pronouns, i.e., He, It, One....  But the uninitiated (us) are ignorant to this.  This is by design once again.

        So when the New-Ager, or Luciferian otherwise called, says that they exalt "The One," or, "The Spirit," "It" or "He," they mean something very different than when the true Christian exalts "The Lord God," or, "The Holy Spirit," or, "Jesus Christ." And do not think that this is a small thing or that we are 'splitting hairs' here, for as we know that there are two Christs coming, but only one of them is Jesus Christ, we know the other one is the antichrist, but will they not also call him "Christ"?!?

        The New-Ager will think that their god is Lucifer for his brightness and wisdom, his angels being the masters of wisdom, but in reality their god will be satan (as antichrist) and his angels are the Fallen Angels.  You will notice that in all the newer Bible versions Lucifer is removed.  The entity in Isaiah 14:12, which is called Lucifer in the King James Bible (KJV), is called in the:

• NIV - morning star.
• NAU - son of the dawn.
• RSV - Day Star.
• TLB - Son of the morning.
• NAS - son of the dawn.

        So thus we see that in all the modern Bibles, which, since the late 1970's, most Seminarian Universities have taught new clergy with, and which most people have been buying as their home Bibles because they feel they can better understand the wording, Lucifer is removed from Isaiah 14:12 and is no longer identified as the devil to them.  And by placing Jesus Christ's name (Morning Star, as in Rev 2:28, 22:16) in Lucifer's place in Isaiah 14:12 as the damned, they are profaning the name of the Son of God, Savior, Jesus Christ!  This also all was done by design and was accomplished by corrupt Bible translators (Scribes) "Beware of the scribes" (Mk 12:38, Lk 20:46).

        The Chapel does a great service to their students by teaching out of, and causing people to study from the King James Version Bible (KJV).  So many of the deceived ministries study out of the newer Bible versions which literally are 10% shorter than the KJV Bible, in fact, the New International Version (NIV), the most bought Bible today, actually has literally 64,098 less words in it than the KJV does!  What was taken out?  These newer Bible versions replace things like "The Lord Jesus Christ" with "the Christ!"         Ok, let's dig into the Tabernacle Study series and compare it to the Holy Scriptures Of our Lord God, for we are taught to test the fruit of any new doctrine, teacher, or his teaching:

Luke 6:44-45
44 For every tree is known by his own fruit. For of thorns men do not gather figs, nor of a bramble bush gather they grapes.
45 A good man out of the good treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is good; and an evil man out of the evil treasure of his heart bringeth forth that which is evil: for of the abundance of the heart his mouth speaketh. (KJV)

        Let's test the fruit!  At below right, we supply a facsimile of the cover sheet of the 'Tabernacle' study. On it we find several introductory statements that define the nature of the teaching. Among them are the blasphemies in the right column which we shall refute with Scripture.

"A teaching illustration in Pageant form, for the development of a Priesthood who will naturally express the likeness of God."

        This is a dangerous statement! This is a basic fundamental tenant of all of the New-Age Luciferian doctrines (of Lucifer, satan), in that you can become "as God." My friend, you cannot become "as God," for you are a man and not a god:

Ezek 28:1-2
1 The word of the LORD came again unto me, saying,
2 Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyrus, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thine heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God, though thou set thine heart as the heart of God (KJV)

        Now who do we see in the Holy Scriptures that is always trying to become "as God," and who is it that teaches that man can become as God?:

Gen 3:4-5 (The first lie)
4 And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:
5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. (KJV)

Ezek 28:6-9 (Our Lord God speaking to satan)
6 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD; Because thou hast set thine heart as the heart of God;
7 Behold, therefore I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations: and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall defile thy brightness.
8 They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of them that are slain in the midst of the seas.
9 Wilt thou yet say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and no God, in the hand of him that slayeth thee. (KJV)

        No matter which earth age we speak of, you were always the creation, and God was always the Creator. Period! For even in the third earth age (Heaven) we are called God's people and not co-gods:

Rev 21:2-3
2 And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.
3 And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. (KJV)

Rev 22:8-10
8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.
9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.
10 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. (KJV)

"The designed mechanism for the transfer of the Kingdom of Heaven to the Earth.  Portrays the transformation of the lustful flesh into a visible Spirit, a Christ person."

        First of all, we have absolutely nothing to do with the "transfer of the Kingdom of Heaven to the Earth". God alone is in control, the Son Jesus Christ doesn't even know the hour, and God does not act on our cue or by our 'designed mechanisms', but rather we act on His cue, some to Heaven and some to hell even.  The vanity and pride in the above (statement #3) is both overwhelmingly ridiculous and repulsive!  And that is just how this writer feels about it, a mere man, I can only but image how God feels about it.

        In the above we also see the fundamental perversion of God's plan contained within all of the New-Age Luciferian doctrines.  That is: The making of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, the only begotten Son of God - into a force to be acquired by simple man or office to be assumed by the individual person.  It is a direct assault on the Deity of Christ Jesus!

        They have taken the concept of being "Christ like" and perverted it in the most horrible fashion.  They don't teach us to be 'as Christ' in the manner of, say, "being a good guy/girl...", they teach that you can become the Christ. "Christ" to them is only the sum definition of the word "Christ" in the Greek language, i.e., anointed, or anointing.  They error, in that the Son of God is not formally called simply "Christ" (the anointed), but rather His full title is "Jesus Christ" (God's Savior or Salvation of God - The Anointed One).  This sets Jesus Christ of Nazareth apart from any other entity, and certainly not simply a force or power that we can all assume if properly gone about.

        And when we remind ourselves that Jesus Christ is God come to earth in the flesh we can fully realize the blasphemy of these "Tabernacle Studies."  For what they are really saying in a veiled fashion is that we can become as God, thus a god, thus God.  Satan paid a terrible price for thinking the same way!  Now, through his agents and influences, he spreads the poison among the body of Christ.

        In Heaven (3^rd earth age) we see that while we are there with Him, He still has a distinct identity apart from ours.  We do not become equals with Him, we do not become a "Him;"  We are children and He is Heavenly Father, we are the creation and He is the Creator, we are the host whether flesh or spirit, men or angels, but He is The Lord God of the host:

Rev 21:22
22 And I saw no temple therein: for the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are the temple of it. (KJV)

Rev 21:5-7
5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.
6 And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.
7 He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. (KJV)

Rev 22:1-4
1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.
2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:
4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. (KJV)

        All Luciferian doctrines have at their heart the disdain for, and the denial of Jesus Christ as being God come in the flesh.  We as faithful Christians know that Jesus Christ is God manifested in the flesh for the purpose of dying in our stead that we may have everlasting life:

John 10:30
30 I and my Father are one. (KJV)

I Jn 5:7
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one. (KJV)

        Now I know that there is a popular teaching that the above verse (1^st John 5:7) does not appear in the original Scripture.  And many good scholars, some whom I greatly respect, have been persuaded into believing that the above verse (1^st John 5:7) does not belong in our Bible.  I think that we should clear something up here now.

        I think E.W. Bullinger was by far the greatest Scholar of his time. But remember, his time was the late 1800's when the only English Bible (KJV) was being 'replaced' with the Revised Version (RV), in approx. 1881-5.  The revised Version is the first Bible to incorporate the corrupt Codex Vaticanus (B) and the Codex Sinacticus (Aleph) Manuscripts, both coming out of Alexandria Egypt from the corrupted work of Origen.  These manuscripts were corrupt (documented with ample source in the below named study).  We shall not go into that any further now, but when you see a footnote in Bullinger's Companion Bible stating that a word or phrase is not in the MSS., what that means is that in is not in those Alexandrian Texts, but of course in is in the text underlying the KJV New Testament (Textus Receptus or the Received Text) because Bullinger used the KJV Text for the Companion Bible's New Testament Scripture.

        At that time, the Biblical Scholarship world thought that the Alexandria texts (4^th century A.D.) were superior because they were thought to be older than the oldest surviving copy of the Received Text of the KJV (about A.D. 1000, I believe).  Later, long after Bullinger's death, it was discovered that the Alexandrian texts are copies of Texts that are not as old as the texts that the Textus Receptus were copied from.  If you closely study Bullinger's footnotes, you will notice that at times he had trouble with the changes, but simply didn't know that the new found texts were later corrupted works.  In fact, in the Companion Bible appendix #168 he came out strongly in favor of retaining the last eleven verses of the book of Mark (Mark 16:9-20) which are "omitted in the MSS.", that is to say, omitted in the corrupted Alexandrian Manuscripts.  Interesting study!  Enough about that.

        In answer to the position that the verse (1st John 5:7) doesn't belong in the Bible, we offer an excerpt from that Bible study on our site titled: Adulterations in the Newer Bible Versions (NIV, NASB...); Proof that the King James Bible (KJV) is the True Word of God

Excerpt:

    1st John 5:7 (above) is the single most powerful witness of the Trinity (God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit). The Corrupt Manuscripts (Sinaicticus, Vaticanus) used in the newer Bible versions omit the key words.

    They simply omitted the key words supporting the Holy Trinity! The newer versions say it doesn't belong, but it is the single most powerful witness of the Trinity. But do these powerful and key words belong in the text? You bet they do, let's look at some authorities for those key words:

Latin Manuscripts: There are between 10,000 extant (existing) Latin manuscripts, 29 of them don't have it, all the rest of the 10,000 of them do have it.

Sirac Version: The Sirac version also has them.

German Bibles: As well, all pre-Luther German Bibles have the verse. Martin Luther then omitted it as he based his Bible on Erasmus' corrupt 2^nd edition manuscript which does not contain the verse. Two years after that, the German Bibles put it back in. Then in 1956 to the present time it has once again been omitted.

Greek Texts: There are only six to eight Texts out of the some 5,000 extant Greek Texts that do not have the key words in the verse where it appears!

        Perhaps one of the most telling proofs that the verse was included in the original manuscripts is evidenced by the writings of one of the early Church Fathers - Cyprian, who in his writing Treatises found in The Ante-Nicene Christian Library (5:423) included a quote from 1st John 5:7. In the verse quote from Cyprian he writes: "...and again it is written of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy spirit, 'And these three are one' "

        Cyprian died in A.D. 258, some one-hundred years before the compilation of the corrupt Sinaiticus and Vaticanus manuscripts from which all the newer Bible versions are based upon. And his (Cyprian's) quote of 1st John 5:7 supports the King James Bible version's inclusion of the key words and opposes the newer Bible versions in their omission of them!

        Four of the strongest and most point-blank references to the Holy Trinity (Triune Godhead) in the New Testament are omitted in the newer Bible versions: The one we have just studied (1st John 5:7), and the below three. Look what they have done to them, it would seem from the newer Bible versions that there is no longer a Holy Trinity - God forbid! They have changed the Holy Trinity into some generic 'force'.

        Enough about that, but understand that it is the same spirit (evil spirit) that seeks to tear down the Holy Trinity which seeks to destroy the deity of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, and which introduced the corrupt Alexandrian Texts.  It should not catch a true and humble Bible student by surprise that Lucifer's (satan's) doctrines would actively seek to dethrone the Son of God and refashion Him into some spiritual mumbo-jumbo thing that we can each aspire to become on an individual level.  Satan from the very beginning has actively sought to destroy the One that is prophesied to destroy him.  That being Jesus Christ The Son of God:

"God's formula for the birthing of His "Manchild.""

        We will address the above remarkable statement along with the letter at right, for it contains further info on this "Manchild" that they speak of.  In the hand written note at right we see that there is an outline given, or an agenda that is not shared with the uninitiated student of the general printed study course (this of course was compromised by our obtaining of it).  Below we will supply the text of the letter verbatim as it might not copy well.  You will notice that they attempt to 'cover their tracks' by using 'catch phrases' that a Christian can easily identify with to put them at ease, notice especially the clever closing paragraph that in reality speaks against their ungodly work:

"Our goal for this study is to share patterns in the Tabernacle which will be keys for your progression, step by step, discovery of how to Be [Emphasis in original] all that you are pre-programmed to Be [Emph. in Orig.] in the spirit of "Christ in you" Anointing.

We will focus on the Tabernacle as a parable, (Hebrews 9:9). The hidden truths will help you, in the Anointing to discover the goal of "Manchild". The "Manchild" is a mature Son [capitalization in Orig.] who portrays the attributes of his Heavenly Father.

        This study program (Tabernacle series) will go on to tell you that you yourself can become the/a "Manchild."  The note supplied above was sent with the study to a student, but is not an actual printed part of the study.  This is eerily reminiscent of all Luciferian mystery initiatory teachings (by initiation, one level at a time).

        For the student of these particular "Tabernacle Studies" to receive the next higher level of instruction they must return a "form/questionnaire" in which they must exhibit an understanding of the prior level of instruction before receiving the next level, this is the basis of all initiatory cults, i.e., illuminati, Freemasonry, Rosicrucianism (Rosy Cross Society), Buddhism, Theosophy, New-Age esoteric Luciferian traditions....

        Only when a member is brought to a certain point can they be enlightened to the next higher level of the cult.  This also insures that the teachings will not fall upon one who has not been properly prepared to accept each descending level of spiritual corruption who might thus expose them for what they are - As we are doing here presently.  By the time they reach initiation level two or three (study #2 or #3), the apprentice is by then unable to spiritually discern between the Holy and the profane.  For all they are learning is profane.  They are lost in a downward spiral.

        The tabernacle Studies teach that we can become the "Manchild", but God's Word tells us who the true Manchild is (singular), it is Jesus Christ, not some delusional group of self-appointed men and women on earth:

5 And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne. (KJV)

5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (KJV)

        I trust that you noticed all the singulars used above.  So then we ask, "whence came all these other Manchildren in the Tabernacle Studies?"!

"The Holy Spirit is saying,"Come.""

        Here is an invitation to hell by the authors of the "Tabernacles Studies."  While they say that it is the 'Holy Spirit' that invites you into these blasphemies, it is really an unholy spirit, the spirit of satan that is reaching out to your soul.  How can we say such a thing you ask?

        We can say that because the Holy Spirit of Almighty God would not invite us into a doctrine that denies the deity of Jesus Christ, that causes us to suppose that we can become Him, and which most certainly wreaks havoc and does violence to the simple and easy to understand words and ideas contained in the Holy Word of God, the Bible.  There are people who have studied this false doctrine for two years and they still can't simply explain it to a lay Christian.  That my friend, is the mark of satan - babble, confusion.  Anything a good honest Bible teacher like the one at the Chapel explains at once becomes clear even to the point where I sometimes find myself asking why I didn't 'get it' before.  That is the mark of a blessed gifted teacher, making things simple to understand without adding a lot of psycho-babble.

        Although they would say that I am simply not enlightened (we say, initiated), therefore I can not understand the Tabernacle studies.  However, I fully understand it for exactly what it is - a pitiful false doctrine from the prince of death and confusion himself - satan.  The Holy Scriptures of God instruct us to "test the fruit."  If it seems confusing, if it seems like babble, if it seems wrong and in conflict with the rest of God's Word, then guess what?  It is!  And we know and are confident that the Holy Spirit of God most certainly would not invite us into such an apostasy, but satan's evil spirit would and has.

        So when they state that "The Holy Spirit is saying,"Come."", as they have above, we must remember the warning from our Lord:

Jer 23:20-21
20 The anger of the LORD shall not return, until he have executed, and till he have performed the thoughts of his heart: in the latter days ye shall consider it perfectly.
21 I have not sent these prophets, yet they ran: I have not spoken to them, yet they prophesied. (KJV)

Ezek 22:28
28 And her prophets have daubed them with untempered morter, seeing vanity, and divining lies unto them, saying, Thus saith the Lord GOD, when the LORD hath not spoken. (KJV)

        It also has all the earmarks of esoteric Luciferian teachings, the main mark being that it is taught in levels or degrees of depth, just as with the initiation levels of , say, Freemasonry, or Rosicrucianism, or the Babylonian Mysteries, or the Egyptian Esoteric Mystery schools....  All these things God warned us not to touch!!!

Deut 12:28-32
28 Observe and hear all these words which I command thee, that it may go well with thee, and with thy children after thee for ever, when thou doest that which is good and right in the sight of the LORD thy God.
29 When the LORD thy God shall cut off the nations from before thee, whither thou goest to possess them, and thou succeedest them, and dwellest in their land;
30 Take heed to thyself that thou be not snared by following them, after that they be destroyed from before thee; and that thou inquire not after their gods, saying, How did these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise.
31 Thou shalt not do so unto the LORD thy God: for every abomination to the LORD, which he hateth, have they done unto their gods; for even their sons and their daughters they have burnt in the fire to their gods.

        The Bible has amply warned us that there are good spirits and evil spirits.  Man must be very careful when reaching out to the spirit realm, for there are spirits that seek to destroy God's children.  Also, in verse 3 below we see the fundamental test that these "Tabernacle Studies" fail.  They deny that "Jesus Christ (God's Savior, The Anointed One) has come in the flesh" by teaching that we can become a Christ, thus, Jesus Christ as an individual, apart from man, is destroyed and made-not by their teachings - God forbid!

I Jn 4:1-3
1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God:
3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (KJV)

        This a common and age old Eastern Religion teaching, that Jesus Christ was just a man whom the Spirit of God temporarily transformed into 'a' Christ, 'an' anointed one.  They also teach that this same spiritual transformation happened with the Buddha.

        This dangerous New-Age Luciferic teaching is not new at all, it was also practiced in the years shortly after the Passion of Christ, even while the writers of the New Testament were being inspired to write the books of our New Testament, it then was called "Gnostisism" which stated that Jesus of Nazereth was a common man until the Spirit of God transformed Him into the Christ.  They also taught that at Jesus's death, that Spirit left Him to be given to another at a later time in history, and then another...and that He (Jesus) was no longer the Christ - God forbid!  They also denied the resurrection.

        Let us examine an excerpt on Gnosticism from If The Foundations Be Destroyed by Rev. Charles Salliby (Chick Publications; P.O. Box 3500, Ontario, Canada, 91761-1100 USA. 1-909-987-0771.  See if you can identify any 'Tabernacle Study' teachings with the below false doctrine:

"Void of God's Spirit and quite on their own, the Gnostics attempted to harmonize this error with what was clearly opposing them in Scripture. Unable to accomplish this, they eventually settled on several theories that contradicted the Scriptures outright. Some taught that Christ had no body at all but that He was, in fact, a phantom. Others taught that He had a type of nonmaterial body. And still others taught that Jesus and Christ were two separate entities. The latter believed that Christ was the power that descended upon the man Jesus at His baptism, only to leave Him again just prior to His death.

With such error at the base, it became necessary for the Gnostics to construct an entirely new religion. As they re-defined the Scriptures - propping each lie against the truth upon the framework of another - an alternative 'faith' was made available to the Church, with a number of doctrinal changes.

        This is where these "Tabernacle Studies" are taking you, one initiation level at a time, one study segment at a time, one mystery 'revealed' at a time, until you will no longer believe that Jesus Christ of Nazareth was the ONLY begotten Son of God, but merely one of the sons of God which office you yourself can attain through your study and efforts.  What a shameful thing for God's Elect, who should know better, to even be considering!  There truly is "no new thing under the sun" (Eccl 1:9).  Christian beware!

        When you study these Tabernacle Studies you are not learning some new great mystery of God, some deeper truth, some private hidden knowledge, you are simply being deceived into thinking that you are.  And remember the Scripture:

20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. (KJV)

        With these Tabernacle Studies you are actually feeding into satan's one-world religion in a big way, yes, they are leading you smack dab into the middle of the first beast world system of Revelation chapter 13.  You are becoming part of "MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH." (Rev 17:5).

But what does God say:

4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. (KJV)

        We shall now go on to supply just some of the remarkable statements contained within the "Tabernacle Study Series" which we have access to, and will try to be brief about it.  As stated, there is more than one twist on this age old false doctrine.  We shall list the references verbatim giving the study number, topic, and page number, but as you will find, there appears to be much disorder in the numbering systems utilized by the author of the studies.  Sadly enough, you can acquire copies of this study series among your very own 'parishioners' to document that it says what we print it as saying.  And to this we say: "An enemy hath done this" (Mt 13:28).

        Below we shall supply the words without alteration. We shall however highlight certain words and sentences by emboldening and underlining their text ONLY!  When they themselves underline something in their text we will point it out to the reader as being their emphasis.  Our emphasis is only done to draw attention to certain things. All capitalization's or lower case are as in the original, watch for their placement, it is significant. Remember, the capitalization of words like "He, It, Him..." carry significance in all New-Age doctrine, especially with the absence of referral to specific Deity, i.e., The Lord God, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit.  Also look below for the inappropriate capitalization of words like "Body, Head, Mind, The Spirit, The Christ" thus giving them an identity and being of their own, but not the identity a Christian would expect. In other words, read carefully and take nothing for granted.

Do you understand why He could boldly say, "Whatso-ever you ask the Father in my Name [Nature] He will do it?" You can pray in/as His Nature because you and He are One."

*WBSG Note: Wow! What a profane statement!  They are literally calling the student of the Tabernacle study Jesus Christ!  And the Scripture referred to above actually reads a little different than as quoted above.  From the context of the above quote you can see why it is misrepresented.  And the word "name" most certainly isn't capitalized as though it has it's own identity apart from the entity named it (i.e., Jesus Christ).  In the above they are the ones accomplishing the task asked for in prayer, they glorify themselves as an equal to Jesus Christ if not even being Him, but in the Bible the glory is given to God through Jesus Christ.  Observe:

*WBSG Note: They are replacing the influence and dominion of God with the power of heavenly bodies, constellations (rocks and ice in space).  Also, the concept of "vibrations" is common among the heathen Eastern Religions and is heavy occultism, as is the Astrology related to the heavenly bodies having influence on the affairs of man, and the direct interaction of man with constellations and planets (Astrological signs, i.e., Aries, Virgo, Taurus...)

And when a Buddhist chants, he will tell you that he is attempting to vibrate his spinal column at a precise pitch thus enabling him to become one with and within the universe by 'plugging in' to it's vibrations thus becoming in harmony spiritually with the universe.  There are specific points, they say, along the trunk of the body called "Chakras" which when properly stimulated by vocal vibrations can lead one to a higher plane or state of being.  But this is simply another of satan's false religious practices and has no place with the student of God's Word.

The Christ in you is the Father God's Authorization to express His Life and is enacted by His Spirit BE-ING what He WAS, and IS, and WILL BE - The resurrection and the Life in and through you.

The Father God makes known His Life (His Glory) within us in Christ, the Anointing, The Extended Revelation of Himself, experienced by the mystery of BE-LIVING.

The Anointing is the Divine Authority to live and give physical expression to the Father's Life, i.e. to be His Image.

OUR GOAL: Obadiah 1:21, "Saviours plural* shall come up on Mount Zion to judge the Mount of Essau, and the Kingdom shall be the Lord's." [*WBSG Note: the word 'Saviours' is NOT capitalized in the Bible!]

So we strive "toward the mark the goal* for the prize of the high calling Saviours* of God in Christ Jesus" (Phil. 3:14). [*WBSG Note: the above bracketed words 'plural', 'the goal', and 'Saviours' are in the original]

Jesus (Ye-shua) is the visible expression of Yehway's Life; Yehway's Life is defined as Salvation (Shua). Ye (Yehway) - Shua (Salvation). Yeshua, Jesus in the English, is God's definition of HIS Covenant Life expressed physically. We are the physical Body of Christ through which His Word becomes flesh.

His Goal: That His Word become flesh and dwell (Tabernacle) on the earth. When, in His Time, we attain to that maturity, His Kingdom will have come on earth, as it is in Heaven."

*WBSG Note: Well then, I guess we can just throw out the book of Revelation regarding the Second Advent. And the Gospels and Epistles, wherein it states that the Word already has become flesh, those will have to also go into the trash heap so as not to contradict with this Tabernacle study which places the event in the future brought about by and through us. Blasphemy!

John 1:14
14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. (KJV)

Can you see that they are taking the distinct identity away from Jesus Christ as The Anointed One, and reducing it to a generic force (an anointing)?  This is part of the New-Age one-world religion wherein all religions can insert their own 'god' and it will fit.  They are subtly taking The Christ Jesus and turning Him into an "it", an anointing (christ) attainable by all.  I hope that is clear, for it is the basis of the coming one world religion - anything goes, and nothing contradicts nor offends anyone.  They call that 'tolerance' today. Tomorrow in the one-world religion it will be 'gospel'.  We are not far from that day.

They also are stating that the Obidiah Scripture is calling them Christs.  The Chapel's notes on (Obadiah 1:21) explain that the word "saviours" here is referring to the Elect, the Zadok, which makes perfect sense.  Also, the author of the Tabernacle Series capitalized the word 'Saviours' when it is not capitalized in the Scripture, thus erroneously driving his point home by deceit by in essence adding the article to the Scripture.  Bullinger's Companion Bible's footnote on the word is as follows: saviours = deliverers: i.e. earthly and human, as in Judges 3:9, 15. Cp. Ps 22:28. Dan 2:44. Dan 7:14, 27. Zech 14:9. Rev 11:15, 19:6.

*WBSG Note: What do we say about this blasphemous perversion of Scripture?!?  Perhaps it is just best to supply the correct version of (Rev 22:20) ,and then perhaps another Scripture wherein Jesus Christ rebukes those such as the author of the Tabernacle series who presumes to add to the Scriptures of God.  Is not their above addition to Scripture the climax of defilement?!?  You all know the Scriptures, but allow me to post them for effect:

Rev 22:20
20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (KJV)

Rev 22:18-20
18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:
19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.
20 He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. (KJV)

        Test the fruit my friend, is the doctrine in the Tabernacle Study Series of a good tree or a corrupt tree?  Are you willing to bet your salvation on it, you will be if you adopt it's heresies.  Shall we go a couple more?

EXCERPTED FROM: The Tabernacle: The Table of Shewbread page 5:

"It is necessary or required by the Heavenly Court, that Christ have a legally correct, Righteous man: One who in Oneness with Him is committed to do only His will...to be His physically manifested authority in the Earth...one who is truly the Body of Christ.

Our LORD, Who has all authority in Heaven and in Earth, is absolutely dependent upon His Man who by faith: has Christ's Blood flowing through his veins, is in his right mind (the Christ Mind), is in Oneness with His Head, and can administer Righteousness in the Earth. The Head needs a Body to stamp out darkness caused by the imposter's illegal perversion by showing forth Christ's marvelous Light. His people, His Body, must See. Will the real, Body of Christ People please stand up?"

EXCERPTED FROM: The Tabernacle: The Laver Continued page 4&5:

"God's illustration was not given to show us that the male and female were to be separated. He showed us that the male and female function is in everyone.

        Enough of that nonsense, we shall close this expository look at the Tabernacle Study Series with another handwritten note included with SOME "Tabernacle Studies," for SOME Tabernacle inductees revealing greater secrets.  At the left of the below letter, we supply the unadulterated text of same.  Observe the closing line and the profane use of the sacred name "I Am" which we know is found in (Ex 3:14).  A spirit may indeed have sent these Tabernacle Studies, but not the Holy Spirit of God! God would not profane His own name, but satan would and has!

Text of letter:

"There are, in your Spirit [capitalization in Orig.], qualities like those portrayed by Bezaleel and Aholiab. Those anointings you will use to "Construct" your spiritual body as the Manifest dwelling place of God; you as Fathers House.

You are the "physical" shadow of the Spirit of God. And you are the skin tent of your Heavenly Father.

The mind of Christ, in you, now, is Aaron (Enlightened).

You, as the true you, born from above Spirit Person, are the called out one, the Chosen [capitalization in Orig.], Moses. Your burning bush experience, the fire which Never goes out, is your true identity - "I Am".

        The author above has just irresponsibly called the student of the Tabernacle Studies the "I Am", the sacred name of The Lord God Almighty (Ex 3:14).  Due in part to the level of knowledge exhibited by the author of the study (albeit corrupt knowledge), as well as the capitalization of the word 'Am' while yet being the second word, indicates that this is no innocent error, especially since the "I Am" is placed in quotation marks!  No, this author of the Tabernacle studies did not place the sacred name "I Am" by mistake, for he knows his Bible well enough to mention Bezaleel and Aholiab who are only named in the Bible 9 and 5 times respectively, mostly in the book of Exodus wherein the Sacred name is found.  Call to mind the last paragraph of the above letter as you read the Scripture below: "You, as the true you, born from above Spirit Person, are the called out one, the Chosen, Moses. Your burning bush experience, the fire which Never goes out, is your true identity - "I Am"."

Exod 3:13-14
13 And Moses said unto God, Behold, when I come unto the children of Israel, and shall say unto them, The God of your fathers hath sent me unto you; and they shall say to me, What is his name? what shall I say unto them?
14 And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you. (KJV)

Isa 42:8
8 I am the LORD: that is my name: and my glory will I not give to another, neither my praise to graven images. (KJV)

Isa 48:11
11 For mine own sake, even for mine own sake, will I do it: for how should my name be polluted? and I will not give my glory unto another. (KJV)

        Well there you have it.  We could have dived even deeper into this blasphemy, but the present work should suffice.  You must decide for yourself whether or not to continue in the Tabernacle Study series, but you will no longer be continuing to do so in ignorance.

        And if you were drawn into this thing unawares, what can you do now?  Look to the cross, repent, destroy your copies of the Tabernacle Studies, undo the damage to the others that you have shared these studies with, and re-tune your channel to the Chapel where the true Word of God is taught, or at least tune out satan's lying false doctrines and stick with your copy of God's Word, the Bible.  And most of all pray, pray that God will place a protective hedge about you "That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive" (Eph 4:14).

        God bless and save, in the Holy name of the true Jesus Christ, Messiah, the only begotten Son of Almighty God, our Heavenly Father!
