- 2 cups watermelon, (seedless) chopped into bite-sized chunks
- ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped fine
- ¾ cup raw sheep‘s milk feta cheese, crumbled
PREPARATION:
- Place watermelon in large bowl.
- Add mint leaves.
- Add feta cheese.
- Stir to combine.
