Dear Sirs, I recently received a copy of your "Important Notice" regarding your disassociation with "racist groups" such as Identity, etc., along with the article "The Royal Race of the Redeemed" by Andrew Sandlin. Your "Important Notice" reminded me of the tactics that today's media moguls use to throw everyone into the same "pot" to dispose of them through disparaging labels. Concerning "The Royal Race of the Redeemed," I do not mean to be offensive, however Mr. Sandlin seems to know little about the subject that is addressed. Following is just one example out of many that could be cited in proving this point. In the first sentence of his second paragraph he wrote, "The chief theme of the Old Testament is God's election of and dealing with a particular ethnic race: the Jews, the seed of Abraham." In this statement he has made "the Jews" and the "seed of Abraham" synonymous and thus all encompassing of all twelve tribes of Israel. It would also be relatively easy for someone to conclude that he is implying that today's Jews are the descendants of those twelve tribes. If Mr. Sandlin is going to address the subject of Biblical and modern Israel, I suggest that he needs to know his subject matter better. Those who have studied the issue thoroughly know the term "Jew(s)," as found in the Bible when referring to Israelites, is used exclusively of the descendants of the House of Judah (i.e., the tribes of Judah and Benjamin). Never do the Scriptures use this term to refer to the descendants of all twelve tribes of Israel. I challenge anyone to find anywhere in the Bible where the term "Jew(s)" is used to denote the descendants of the northern ten-tribed House of Israel or of any Israelite prior to the Israelites being divided into two houses. (See Editor's footnote) Secondly, anyone who has researched the genealogy of today's Jews know that they are known as "Jews" not because of any Israelite blood in their veins, but are instead known as such because their Khazar ancestors adopted the religion of Judaism. Thus it was because of religion that they became known as "Jews" and not because they have any claim to Israelite heritage. My primary reason in writing this letter is because I believe that you are honest men; consequently I would like to make the following offer to you. I will send you free of charge one copy of a book entitled "God's Covenant People: Yesterday, Today and Forever" (exclusive offer, see PS) if you will agree to read it and send back your findings (rebuttle or otherwise) and if you also agree to write a retraction if you find that your current position has been in error. (Chapter 3, Spiritual Israel, addresses other presuppositions of Andrew's "Royal Race of the Redeemed".) If you will not do this in light of what you previously wrote then I and others will have to conclude that you are less than honest. I am hoping that you prove yourselves otherwise.
