Food control and Executive Order # 10998 in the Tribulation

 

A Reader Writes:

"EXECUTIVE ORDER 10998 allows the government to take over all food resources and farms.  ["problem areas" won't receive food drops until they comply.  Another one of these Orders, that I have seen, not mentioned here, outlaws food stockpiling; why do you think that is?]"

    In Russia, after the 1917 Jewish Bolshevik Revolution, these useful idiots were arrested/exiled or simply shot in the streets, having used up their usefulness.  In every revolution orchestrated by the International Judaics (and most are), the first thing that they do after the streets settle down is to execute the intelligentsia, government officials, religious clergy, military leaders, and police forces (and enact "AntiSemitism Laws" as was the first order of business in 1917 Russia).  WHY?  Because power likes to stay in power, so to avoid counter-revolutions, they destroy all who would be able to rise one.  What's left in the targeted nation is a docile welfare state well suited to enslavement for bread and privilege.  "Privilege" being the right to live.  This is their plan for the entire world; a world that they then will hand over to their god satan (antichrist).  Remember, to the hard-core International Judaics, all non-Jews, and even most of their "lesser brethren" (as "they" call them) everyday Jews are human cattle (Goyim).

The short answer is YES, in a roundabout way. Due to numerous discussions questioning the existence of federal anti-hoarding legislation, I wanted to see if such Executive Orders had been written. First and foremost, we do not want to suggest people store items beyond "legal limits" if such limits did exist. Second, we want to separate fact from rumor buzzing around the Internet which has only added to the confusion. This search has yielded no federal legislation aimed directly at prohibiting food storage. But this does not mean "hoarding" is legal, and here's why... "

Many people have balked about FEMA's extensive authority, but think about it, what other agency has the manpower to cover and implement aid? As it is, FEMA still does not have the manpower to control every city all over the US in times of crisis. Chances are they would only be dispatched to larger metropolitan areas where more crowd control might be needed. Lots of people suggest darker reasons for their existence, but this site is only addressing anti-hoarding legislation, nothing else.

EO #11051 covering "economic or financial crisis" certainly would have terrorism implications as well. An emergency does not have to be defined as another Hurricane Hugo or massive Midwestern flooding.

State Legislation's Role in Anti-Hoarding

The other area where anti-hoarding confusion might have arisen is state legislation. Most states have chosen to enact their own anti-hoarding laws. That means some states may not have such laws, others do and not all are uniform. However, uniformity of state law is something governors are striving for under the Interstate Compact Agreement. The Compact Agreements, much like Executive Orders for the president, really don't require voters' input. They are law if the legislature doesn't object, much like Congress that has 30 days to object to an EO before it becomes law. 

At times of "declared emergencies", each governor cedes (gives over) authority of his/her state to the federal government. When a governor declares it for his state, he becomes the delegated representative of the federal government according to an Interstate Compact Agreement. Bottom line, even though federal legislation does not directly address anti-hoarding, goods can be seized if national circumstances are felt to warrant it whether or not amounts stored are deemed excessive in your state's eyes."

Executive Order 10998

ASSIGNING EMERGENCY PREPAREDNESS FUNCTIONS TO THE SECRETARY OF AGRICULTURE

By virtue of the authority vested in me as President of the United States, including authority vested in me by Reorganization Plan No. 1 of 1958 (72 Stat. 1799), it is hereby ordered as follows:

SECTION 1. Scope. The Secretary of Agriculture (hereinafter referred to as the Secretary) shall prepare national emergency plans and develop preparedness programs covering: Food resources, farm equipment, fertilizer, and food resource facilities, as defined below; rural fire control; defense against biological warfare, chemical warfare, and radiological fallout pertaining to agricultural activities; and rural defense information and education. These plans and programs shall be designed to develop a state of readiness in these areas with respect to all conditions of national emergency, including attack upon the United States.

SEC. 2. Definitions. As used in this order:

(a) "Food resources" means all commodities and products, simple, mixed or compound, or complements to such commodities or products, that are capable of being eaten or drunk, by either human beings or animals' irrespective of other uses to which such commodities or products may be. put, at all stages of processing from the raw commodity to the products thereof in vendible form for human or animal consumption. For the purposes of this order the term "food resources" shall also include all starches, sugars, vegetable and animal fats and oils, cotton, tobacco, wool, mohair, hemp, flax fiber, and naval stores, but shall not include any such material after it loses its identity as an agricultural commodity or agricultural product.

(b) "Farm equipment" means machinery, equipment and repair parts manufactured primarily for use on farms in connection with the production or preparation for market or use of "food resources."

(c) "Fertilizer" means any product or combination of products for plant nutrition in form for distribution to the users thereof.

(d) "Food resource facilities" means plants, machinery, vehicles (including on farm) and other facilities for the production, processing, distribution and storage (including cold storage) of food resources, and for domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer.

SEC. 3. Food Function. With respect to food resources, food resource facilities, farm equipment, and fertilizer the Secretary shall:

(a) Resources. Periodically assess assigned resources available from all sources in order to estimate availability under an emergency situation, analyze resource estimates in relation to estimated requirements in order to identify problem areas, and develop appropriate recommendations and programs including those necessary for the maintenance of an adequate mobilization base. Provide data and assistance before and after attack for national resource evaluation purposes of the Office of Emergency Planning.

(b) Requirements. Periodically assemble, develop as appropriate, and evaluate requirements for assigned resources and service, taking into account the estimated needs for military, civilian, and foreign purposes. Such evaluation shall take into consideration the geographical distribution of requirements under emergency conditions.

(c) Priorities and allocations. Develop priorities, allocations and distribution control systems and related plans to insure that available food resources are properly apportioned among and distributed to civilian, military and foreign claimants in an emergency and develop priorities, allocations and distribution control systems and related plans for the domestic distribution of farm equipment and fertilizer.

(d) Production and processing. Develop control systems and related plans including control of use of facilities designed to provide adequate and continuing production, processing and storage of essential food resources in an emergency.

(e) Salvage and rehabilitation. Develop plans for salvage of food resources after determination by proper authorities having the responsibility for this function, of their safety for human or animal consumption anti develop plans for the rehabilitation of food resource facilities after attack.

(f) Economic stabilization. Cooperate with the Office of Emergency Planning in the development of stabilization policies as they might affect agricultural production, processing, distribution, and storage, and in tile development of policies for consumer rationing of food resources.

(g) Financial aid. Develop plans and procedures for financial and credit assistance for farmers who might need such assistance under various mobilization conditions, and provide assistance to food industries in obtaining necessary financing and credit in an emergency.

SEC. 4. Cooperation with Department of Defense. In consonance with national civil defense plans, programs and operations of the Department of Defense, under Executive Order No. 10952, the Secretary shall:

(a) Facilities protection. Provide industry protection guidance materials adapted to the needs of assigned food resources facilities and promote a national program to stimulate disaster preparedness and control in order to minimize the effects of overt or covert attack, and to maintain continuity of production and capacity to serve essential users in an emergency. Guidance shall include, but not be limited to, organizing and training facility personnel shelter, evacuation plans, records protection, continuity of management, emergency repair, deconcentration or dispersal of facilities, and industrial mutual :lid associations for an emergency.

(b) Rural fire functions. In cooperation with Federal, State and local agencies, develop plans for a national program and direct activities in relationship to the prevention and control of fires in the rural areas in the United States caused by the effects of enemy attack.

(c) Biological, chemical, and radiological warfare defense functions. Develop plans for a national program, direct Federal activities, and furnish technical guidance to State and local authorities concerning

(1) diagnosis and strengthening of defensive barriers and control or eradication of diseases, pests, or chemicals introduced as agents of biological or chemical warfare against animals, crops or products thereof;

(2) protective measures, treatment and handling of livestock, including poultry, agricultural commodities on farms or ranches, agricultural lands, forest lands, and water for agricultural purposes, any of which have been exposed to or affected by radiation. Plans shall be developed for a national program and direction of Federal activities to assure the safety and wholesomeness and to minimize losses from biological and chemical warfare radiological effects, and other emergency hazards of livestock, meat and meat products, poultry and poultry products in establishments under the continuous inspection of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and agricultural commodities and products owned by the Commodity Credit Corporation or by the Secretary.

(d) Rural defense information and education. Conduct a rural defense information and education program to advise farmers that they will have a responsibility to produce food of the kind and quantity needed in an emergency and shall work with farmers and others in rural areas to reduce the vulnerability of hollies, crops, livestock, and forests, to either overt or covert attack.

(e) Damage assessment. Maintain a capability to assess the effects of attack on assigned resource areas and departmental installations, both at national and field levels, and provide data to the Department of Defense.

SEC. 5. Claimancy. The Secretary shall prepare plans to claim materials, manpower, equipment, supplies and services which would be needed to carry out assigned responsibilities and other essential functions of the Department from the appropriate agency and work with such agencies in developing programs to insure availability of such resources Ill an emergency.

SEC. 6. Stockpiles. The Secretary shall assist the Office of Emergency Planning in formulating and carrying out plans for stockpiling strategic and critical materials. In the administration of Commodity Credit Corporation inventories of food resources shall take all possible measures to assure the availability of such inventories when and where needed in an emergency. The secretary shall also develop plans and procedures for the proper utilization of agriculture items stockpiled for survival purposes.

SEC. 7. National Program Guidance. The Secretary shall provide technical guidance to State and local governments to the end that all planning concerned with functions assigned herein will be effectively coordinated. He shall also maintain relations with the appropriate industries to foster mutual understanding of Federal emergency plans.

SEC. 8. Research. Within the framework of over-all Federal research objectives, the Secretary shall supervise or conduct research directly concerned with carrying out emergency preparedness responsibilities, designate representatives for necessary ad hoc or task force groups' and provide advice and assistance to other agencies in planning for research in areas involving the interests of the Department of Agriculture.

SEC. 9. Functional Guidance. The Secretary, in carrying out the functions assigned in this order, shall be guided by the following:

(a) Interagency cooperation. The Secretary shall assume the initiative in developing joint plans for the coordination of emergency food resources of those departments and agencies which have the responsibility for any segment of such activities. He shall utilize to the maximum those capabilities of other agencies qualified to perform or assist in the performance of assigned functions by contractual or other agreements.

(b) Presidential coordination. The Director of the Office of Emergency Planning shall advise and assist the President in determining policy for, and assist him in coordinating the performance of functions under this order with the total national preparedness program.

(c) Emergency planning. Emergency plans and programs and emergency or organization structure required thereby, shall be developed as an integral part of the continuing activities of the Department of Agriculture and the basis that it will have the responsibility for carrying out such programs during an emergency. The Secretary shall be prepared to implement all appropriate plans developed under this order. Modifications and-temporary organizational changes, based on emergency conditions, will be in accordance with policy determination by the President.

SEC. 10. Emergency Functions. Nothing in this order shall be construed as conferring authority under Title III of the Federal Civil Defense Act of 1950, as amended, or otherwise, to put into effect any emergency plan, procedure, policy, program, or course of action prepared or developed pursuant to this order. Such authority is reserved to the President.

SEC. 11. Redelegation. The Secretary is hereby authorized to redelegate within the Department of Agriculture the functions hereinabove assigned to him.

SEC. 12. Prior Actions. To the extent of any inconsistency between the provisions of ,any prior order and the provisions of this order, the latter shall control. Emergency Preparedness Order No. 1 (hereto issued by the Director, Office of Civil and Defense Mobilization) (26 F.R. 651-652). is hereby revoked.

The male gender of the Two Witnesses (of Rev 11) in the Scriptures

 

     A reader (actually, more than one) asked how we could be sure that the Two Witnesses (or even one of them) couldn't be female.  Aside from the fact that God has always used men for that type of world-changing work, and that it is unnatural and contradictory that the Scriptures would declare that the woman is not to teach (1 Tim 2:11-12), that she is to be silent in the churches (1 Cor 14:34-35, etc.), and that she is under the man (1 Peter 3:5-6, Eph 5:22), etc―and then to have a woman lead God's people in the Great Tribulation which, as Christ foretold will be so terrible: "For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be." (Mat 24:21); we also have Scriptural evidence as to the maleness of the Two Witness of God in Revelation chapter eleven.

     In Revelation chapter eleven we see that two chosen servants of God are empowered by the Holy Spirit to work wonders and to testify against the world at that apostate time.

The Two Witnesses

3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth.
4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth.
5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed.
6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will.
7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them.
8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified.

These are men, for they are called "prophets"

prophets:  Greek word #4396  prophetes (prof-ay'-tace); from a compound of NT:4253 and NT:5346; a foreteller ("prophet"); by analogy, an inspired speaker; by extension, a poet:  KJV - prophet.

     The above word "prophet" is the male form.  There is a female form of the word, it is rendered "prophetess" in the New Testament.  For example:

36 And there was one Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Aser: she was of a great age, and had lived with an husband seven years from her virginity;  KJV

prophetess;  Greek word #4398  prophetis (prof-ay'-tis); feminine of NT:4396; a female foreteller or an inspired woman:  KJV - prophetess.

     There is one other "person" called a prophetess in the New Testament, or rather, that called herself a prophetess; that is:

20 Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants to commit fornication, and to eat things sacrificed unto idols.  KJV

     Though there were the four daughters of Phillip which "did prophesy," but they were not called "prophetesses" (or prophets), but rather, they were called "virgins."  A prophet prophesies but not all who prophesy are "prophets." 

Acts 21:8-9
8 And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
9 And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.  KJV

     The word (verb) "prophesy" means simply to speak God's words:

prophesy: Greek word #4395 propheteuo (prof-ate-yoo'-o); from NT:4396; to foretell events, divine, speak under inspiration, exercise the prophetic office:  KJV - prophesy.

     Bullinger touches on this briefly in his appendix #174 (below) of the Companion Bible; specifically under #1 apostello:

     And yes, in the end days women shall "prophesy" (speak God's words), but that does not make them "prophets," and certainly not God's Two Witnesses:

     Even the Jewish leaders, who did not believe upon Christ―thus extracting themselves from God's blessings and eternal life―"prophesied."  But certainly they were not "prophets":

46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.
47 Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man doeth many miracles.
48 If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation.

51 And this spake he not of himself: but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation;  KJV

     God uses whom He will, even the unsaved.  But that does not make them "prophets," though for a moment they did prophesy.  In the below, even children called Jesus Christ the awaited Savior, the Son of David, which the Old Testament prophets had spoken of.  They were "prophesying" that this Man Jesus Christ was He who was to come, but they were not called "prophets":

Matthew 21:15-16
15 And when the chief priests and scribes saw the wonderful things that he did, and the children crying in the temple, and saying, Hosanna to the Son of David; they were sore displeased,
16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?  KJV

Jesus was referring to the Old Testament prophesy:

Psalms 8:1-2
O LORD our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
2 Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings hast thou ordained strength because of thine enemies, that thou mightest still the enemy and the avenger.  KJV

     But we are getting off-track here.  Turning to the Old Testament, we see that these Two Witnesses were spoken of and prophesied of long before the New Testament was ever written.  It is here that really 'nail down' the male gender of these Two Witnesses.  Observe:

Zechariah 4:1-14
4:1 And the angel that talked with me came again, and waked me, as a man that is wakened out of his sleep,
2 And said unto me, What seest thou? And I said, I have looked, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and his seven lamps thereon, and seven pipes to the seven lamps, which are upon the top thereof:
3 And two olive trees by it, one upon the right side of the bowl, and the other upon the left side thereof.
4 So I answered and spake to the angel that talked with me, saying, What are these, my lord?
. . . . [Cont. to verse 14]
11 Then answered I, and said unto him, What are these two olive trees upon the right side of the candlestick and upon the left side thereof?
12 And I answered again, and said unto him, What be these two olive branches which through the two golden pipes empty the golden oil out of themselves?
13 And he answered me and said, Knowest thou not what these be? And I said, No, my lord.
14 Then said he, These are the two anointed ones, that stand by the LORD of the whole earth.  KJV

     This is why a good Interlinear (like the one below from BibleSoft [PC Study Bible Version 4 Reference Library +]) is so valuable to the student.  In verse fourteen above, we see in the English the word "ones"; however, in the Hebrew, which the English was translated from, we see that this is a male term.  It means "sons":

Ones:  Hebrew word #1121  ben (bane); from OT:1129; a son (as a builder of the family name), in the widest sense (of literal and figurative relationship, including grandson, subject, nation, quality or condition, etc., [like OT:1, OT:251, etc.]):  KJV - afflicted, age, [Ahoh-] [Ammon-] [Hachmon-] [Lev-] ite, [anointed-] one, appointed to, (+)arrow, [Assyr-] [Babylon-] [Egypt-] [Grec-] ian, one born, bough, branch, breed, (young) bullock, (young) calf, came up in, child, colt, common, corn, daughter, of first, firstborn, foal, very fruitful, postage, in, kid, lamb, (+)man, meet, mighty, nephew, old, (+)people, rebel, robber, servant born, soldier, son, spark, steward, stranger, surely, them of, tumultuous one, valiant [-est], whelp, worthy, young (one), youth.

     The above word, ben (son -  Heb. #1121), appears in the Hebrew Old Testament 4930 times.  In the below screen capture, I show as many as were in the on-screen panel.  The yellow highlighted words are the words that were translated from "ben" (son -  Heb. #1121).  You will notice the male gender―oftentimes directly contrasted with the female gender in the same sentence, as in the entry for Genesis 5:4, etc.  And regarding the first entry in the below list, where the King James translators rendered the Hebrew ben as the English "children," you will notice that this was speaking of Cain and Able―and both were males.  "ben" means son, male gender:

     Based upon the above evidence, the Two Witnesses of Revelation chapter 11 shall be two men.  Males.  But then, does not even nature tell you so?  Why do so many women in this wicked generation always seem to want to be something that they are not―men?

     I myself am a man, but I don't want to bear children, because it isn't my duty or my place, it isn't what God ordained for me.  Now, many a woman isn't thrilled at the idea of being drafted to go into a war somewhere to die in the mud or sand far from home.  Luckily for women, they do not have to worry about that, neither now nor in the Bible times.  I, being a man, have a role in God's world, and women have their own roll in God's world, and never shall the twain meet; else, why did He create them male and female?  Whatever gender you Christians are, be happy that you are in the Eternal Kingdom.  And do your job to please God, whatever that may be.  Men need to quit trying to be feminine, and women need to quit trying to be masculine―it isn't natural.  And no, God does not change with our (satan inspired) "times" and social movements:

Malachi 3:6

Is loyalty to pastor more important than loyalty God?

Hello my friend, I've written to you before.  I've always respected the
way thus far that you've been able to come to your own conclusions while
still showing respect for the good Pastor from Arkansas.  Please don't
tell me you're headed down the road I think you may be going down.

I've seen a lot of long time students come to a point where they realize
that the good Pastor from Arkansas is not 100% correct in every
conclusion he makes.  He has never claimed infallibility and constantly
reminds people to do their homework and think for themselves.  I've seen
a lot of these longtime students come to almost  hate the Pastor from
Arkansas once they come to this realization that he is indeed fallible.
In fact, it's pretty obvious that the realization that the Pastor from
Arkansas is not perfect was a huge factor in Lance Knight going nuts.  I
heard that first broadcast when he "turned".  He was inferring that the
good Pastor from Arkansas was the antichrist, while at the same time
still using the good pastor's mannerisms (like "put it on the shelf").
It's like he just couldn't handle the fact that the Pastor from Arkansas
wasn't perfect, and of course he had plenty of help to formulate his new
doctrine. 

I love and respect you my brother and I really hope that you were just
blowing off some steam, and you are not headed down that same road as
I've seen some longtime students go.  It's good to be discerning, and to
seperate yourselves from false doctrine, but you can seperate yourself
to the point where you are the only one left!  If we start cutting
ourselves off from Pastor's like the good one in Arkansas, who is left?
I'm not neccessarily directing that at you, I just keep seeing some
longtime students (many who are female) seperate themselves to the point
to where they've become elitists.

Now, regarding Rahab.  I agree with you [Was Rahab (Joshua 2:1, etc.) really a prostitute?].  I also agree with your
opinions regarding women and their place in the body of Christ.  It's
also sort of ironic that the women that the Pastor from Arkansas has
gone out of his way to exhort have caused him a lot of grief in  these
online forumns and e-mail groups.   However, I honestly do not think
that Pastor Murray is knowingly tickling ears or knowningly trying to or
add to scripture.  I think he genuinely believes that women are sold
short in a lot of instances, and he genuinely believes that Rahab was
not a harlot.  I beleive he's wrong, but sincere. 

Anyway, again I hope you were just blowing off steam and not headed in
the direction of elitism.  I hope you understand the spirit in which I
write this.  I'm just a little concerned.

One more thing... Awhile back (when your site went down breifly, my
question was probably lost in the shuffle) I asked you a question about
the tares.  I asked why Christ seemed to acknowledge that the tares were
children of Abraham in John 8:37.... After much meditation I think I may
know the answer....

As you have pointed out, people are rarely 100% anything in terms of
race.  For example, I am part Irish, part German, and possibly part
Scottish.  Most likely the tares that Christ was addressing were  mixed
as well.  They may have had some Israelite blood in them, but mostly
their lineage was non-Israelite.  What do you think?

      Well, how are you?  I don't recognize your E-mail address, but that's okay. I will take your letter in the spirit of constructive criticism, and not attack.  Which is somewhat hard to do, what with your opening line of, "Et Tu Nick?"  For those who do not recognize the Greek phrase, it was Caesar's dying words to his trusted friend, Brutus, upon discovering his participation in his assassination.  The whole phrase is et tu Brute," meaning "even you, Brutus?", as documented in the New Dictionary of Cultural Literacy (Third Edition. 2002):

Et tu, Brute?

(et TOOH BROOH-tay) A Latin sentence meaning �Even you, Brutus?� from the play Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare. Caesar utters these words as he is being stabbed to death, having recognized his friend Brutus among the assassins.

� �Et tu, Brute?� is used to express surprise and dismay at the treachery of a supposed friend.

     So, to disagree with pastor Murray now makes me a betrayer in your eyes?  Nevertheless, I will overlook that, and move to the substance of your critique, for much teaching can be based upon it.  You said:

     Regarding me going down the Lance Knight road; don't worry, this is not possible.  Lance Knight (and his followers) went over to satan's side.  I work for God, as should all good Christians.  Nobody (that I know of) has done more to expose Lance Knight's heresies than I.  So much so that I was afraid that it was beginning to look like I had some kind of personal vendetta against the guy (I don't).  So how could you even allude to me becoming as he?  That was a low blow, fella.  See our:

     Regarding "cutting ourselves off from Pastor's like the good one in Arkansas":  I have never advocated anyone "cutting themselves off" from pastor M.  In fact, I have stated that he is the best one out there.  But I have also stated that there are some areas where I feel that he strays from the Scriptures.  I then present my case Scripturally and ask the reader to decide for him/herself what is the truth of the matter.  Is there another way that you would have me to do it?

     Sure he's sincere; but that doesn't make a wrong, right.  He believes that Rahab was not a harlot because he doesn't want to believe that she was.  What does that matter to us?  Everybody has a threshold.

     Contrary to what some might wish, God never rescinded this pecking order: God, Jesus Christ, man, woman, and lastly, child; and after that the animal kingdom.  The husband is over the wife, he is more, and she is less; that is undisputable:

     And just so that some Feminist heretic can't say that it was only Apostle Paul, with his own imaginations, who put women into their place (and satan does have them saying this), let's hear from Apostle Peter as well on the matter:

5 For after this manner in the old time the holy women also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands:
6 Even as Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters ye are, as long as ye do well, and are not afraid with any amazement.
7 Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered. KJV

     I am suddenly getting a lot of Feminist-based questions/comments.  I wonder why that is.  Anyway, in all things the Bible must be our final authority, regardless of how much we may admire any pastor or Bible teacher.  If what any man or woman says does not align with what God says in His Bible, we must reject man and follow God―no matter how painful that may be to anyone.

Acts 5:29
29 Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.  KJV

     On his "Women of the Bible" tape (tape #760. Date: 1996), the good pastor says that the below Scripture:

1 Corinthians 14:34
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches : for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law.  KJV

is not speaking of women, but of ALL PEOPLE, male and female.  He then goes on to say (I'm paraphrasing) how he won't tolerate anyone, male or female chattering in his church.  He says that the "keep silence" means don't be chattering while the preacher is teaching (so as not to disrupt the services).  He says that Paul wasn't saying that women shouldn't teach, but that all people (not just women) shouldn't make noise while church is being held.  Does that work for you, friend?

If so, read the above verse in context with the verse following it:

1 Corinthians 14:34-35
34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also saith the law. [Gen 3:16, Numbers chpt. 30, etc.]
35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.  KJV

     Now, unless God ordained gay marriage, those who were to "keep silence" in the churches were specifically females, because men don't have "husbands at home" (yet).

     You get the point.  The verse means that women aren't supposed to be leading in churches, and that if they do not understand something that they are to ask their husbands at home.  The husband is responsible for the religious teaching tin the family (though I know we don't do so well).  And actually, verse 35 above goes even further, women aren't even supposed to speak in the churches, much less stand at a pulpit teaching in one.

   In that whole tape ("Women of the Bible" tape #760. Date: 1996) the good pastor makes many leaps and takes many things for granted.  Concerning Deborah, he alludes that because Deborah was asked to accompany Barak on a military campaign, that somehow women are now to be head over the male.  Many other such leaps did he make.  What he failed to point out in the Deborah incident is that what happened was unnatural, and that Deborah herself noted that Barak would suffer shame because he turned to a woman to lead (actually to accompany):

Judges 4:8-9
8 And Barak said unto her, If thou wilt go with me, then I will go: but if thou wilt not go with me, then I will not go.
9 And she said, I will surely go with thee: notwithstanding the journey that thou takest shall not be for thine honour; for the LORD shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman. And Deborah arose, and went with Barak to Kedesh.  KJV

     And the woman that Deborah was referring to in, "for the LORD shall sell Sisera into the hand of a woman", was not herself, she was referring to another woman, Jael, who killed the enemy leader Sisera:

Judges 4:17-21
17 Howbeit Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.
18 And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said unto him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And when he had turned in unto her into the tent, she covered him with a mantle.
19 And he said unto her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him drink, and covered him.
20 Again he said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and inquire of thee, and say, Is there any man here? that thou shalt say, No.
21 Then Jael Heber's wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.  KJV

     You can't teach the above as a doctrine of "feminine equality" in the Bible; that just isn't what it was teaching―quite the contrary.  What happened was used as a negative example―Barak didn't trust God, he trusted in God's prophetess instead.  Yes, Deborah was a prophetess, and a married woman; she spoke God's words.  When God can't find a fit faith-filled man to lead, He will turn to a woman―to the shame of Israel His people.

Judges 4:4-6
4 And Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lapidoth, she judged Israel at that time.
5 And she dwelt under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in mount Ephraim: and the children of Israel came up to her for judgment.
6 And she sent and called Barak the son of Abinoam out of Kedesh-naphtali, and said unto him, Hath not the LORD God of Israel commanded, saying, Go and draw toward mount Tabor, and take with thee ten thousand men of the children of Naphtali and of the children of Zebulun?  KJV

     Numerous times on that tape he calls certain women in the Bible―preachers―to the great applauds and hoots of the females in the audience; when the Bible says no such thing.  He also mocked other preachers who held to the patriarchal (male dominant) mood of the Bible―to the giggles and laughter of the female congregants in the background.  Inciting an entire church full of women to rebellion.  How many marriages have failed in that church, I wonder?  I've "butted heads" with more than a few female SCN students (mostly on female owned and run unauthorized "Shepherds Chapel" talk forums)―new feminists to the one.  I even once lost a Christian girlfriend over this insurrection.   

     On that same tape the good pastor stated of the below:

Acts 21:8-11
8 And the next day we that were of Paul's company departed, and came unto Caesarea: and we entered into the house of Philip the evangelist, which was one of the seven; and abode with him.
9 And the same man had four daughters, virgins, which did prophesy.

11 And when he was come unto us, he took Paul's girdle, and bound his own hands and feet, and said, Thus saith the Holy Ghost, So shall the Jews at Jerusalem bind the man that owneth this girdle, and shall deliver him into the hands of the Gentiles.  KJV

that these four women were preachers, and that Phillip sent them out when the "best preaching" was needed.  The pastor added all that to verse nine above―which says no such thing―all to the awe of the female congregants who could be heard in the background sounding off approvingly.  Get the tape for yourself and listen; it's only $5.00.  That whole tape is flawed doctrine constituting addition to the Scriptures.  Sorry, but that is the truth of the matter.  The tape should be withdrawn, it is an embarrassment to an otherwise fine Christian ministry.  And I happen to like the good pastor.  And no, I do not hate women―I just would that they kept their God-given place.  The Western Christian Nation's family-unit is all but in total ruins over this Feminist garbage―how far will it go?  How much further down can it go?

     The main argument used by the closeted Feminists in the Christian churches is that "it would have been unfair of God to make women less than men, or to make men more than women."  These sort show their ignorance for God's Word, contempt for His judgments, and rebellion against His precepts:

     None of us know what we did in the First Earth Age, nor why we are formed as we are formed in this Second Earth Age.  (For the Three Earth Ages, see our: When was Thee beginning?).  Why is one born male, the other female?  Why is one born blind, the other whole?  Why is one born into a Muslim family/nation, and the other into a Christian family/nation?  That is God's providence, "who art thou that repliest against God?" (Romans 9:20b) or who is any of us to ask, "Is there unrighteousness with God?" (Roms 9:14b).

"They" (the so-called "Christian Feminists") say that it is unfair that God:

     So what!  It matters not what "they" think.  No, not one wit!  Get over it, you are what you are.  Start acting like it, please.  Thank you.  "Shall the thing formed say to him that formed it, Why hast thou made me thus?" (Rom 9:20b).    God knows what He is doing; women, quit rebelling, to your own hurt.

Just saw your post in response to my e-mail below.  You said that you
did not recognize my e-mail address.  To refresh your memory,  you've

original question that I wrote you a few months back, you'll see that
I've always been an admirer of the way you've been able to respectfully
disagree with PM.

I apologize for my "et tu" comment.  A poor choice of words, I did not
mean to imply betrayal, I meant simply to imply that I was surprised at
what you wrote.  I can see where you would take that the wrong way.
It's one of those phrases that has worked it's way into the English
language, and in my mind it's been kind of stripped of it's full
meaning.  All I really meant to imply that your comments were surprising
to me.  A really poor choice of words on my part and I apologize for it.

Also, I apologize if you thought I was comparing you to Lance Knight in
any way.  That was not my intent.  I know that you have taken great
pains to lead people away from his teachings.  I only brought him up as
an extreme example of someone who had problems once they came to the
realization that PM is not perfect.  I apologize if you thought I was
comparing you to him in any way.  I was really just talking in general
about the many students I've run into who seem to be turning against PM,
instead of just acknowledging that he's a good teacher that they don't
agree with him on all points. 

This frustration with these former students led me write to you and led
to my opening "et tu" line. I have always thought that you've done a
good job of respecting PM for what he is, while also intelligently
documenting your opinions that differ from his.  I was a little worried
because the tone of your  Rahab answer was stronger than what I've seen
in the past, and was a bit worried that you were perhaps condemning PM,
or separating yourself from him.  I can see that's not the case.  You
are obviously passionate about the topic of women and their place in the
body of Christ.  I can see from your response that you still respect PM,
but are willing to disagree with him when his opinions don't square with
the word of God.  This was exactly the response I was hoping to see from
you!

Again, I apologize.  My e-mail was meant to be very friendly and
informal.  I didn't mean for my words to be attacking, or even critical
for that matter.  I should have put more thought into my e-mail to
ensure that my intended tone came through.   

By the way, regarding Lance Knight.... Is he still active?  I remember
him posting those live broadcasts for a couple of weeks and then
nothing.  His website has been dead for a long time and he pulled the
link to that horrible forum from his website a few months back.  Is he
"retired" now or is he just staying away from the net and concentrating
on his local followers?  Just curious.  

Again, I apologize my friend.  You have every right to disagree with PM
anytime you feel he is not sticking to the scriptures.  I really enjoy
your site.  I think you do a fantastic job.

Hello.  I wasn't offended, nor did I feel that you were attacking me.  You did nothing wrong and I do not feel slighted by you, though I did feel the need to make mention of the history of the term "Et Tu Brute".

    Your letter gave an excellent opportunity to teach deeper on the matters covered.  And I thank you for it.  I feel that at this in the body of Christ one of the more pressing matters is that of gender roles.  This is important because in the endtime many false teachers shall arise, not a few of them women.  Remember Mary Eddy Baker (Christian Science founderess), Margaret Macdonald (Rapture proponent), Helena Petrovna Blavatsky (founderess of the "spirituality" movement), etc.  Search history, no religious movement or system founded or run by a woman has been good or godly, nor has it been of God.  God doesn't use women for that task; they are to follow, not to lead.  And all idolatrous systems have some feminine deity figure.  And even Israel had the Temple Prostitutes who were used in profane worship both in the Temple and in the groves.  Satan uses women to conquer men.  Always has, always will.  Remember Eve and her Adam. 

    And satan is the author of everything unnatural; like the current trend of female-dominated families, and oftentimes man-less families being headed by obstinate divorced or never-married wanton women. 

    Sometimes I have to remind myself, that when answering a reader's E-mail I should inform them that I am answering to a group of people who may be reading it―not necessarily only to the one who wrote it.  So that when I write the word "you" in an answer, I am not necessarily meaning the person that wrote in the original question, but rather the reader of the answer. 

    So, I am sorry if I made you feel uncomfortable. 

    I now remember you―sorry for forgetting, but I get a lot of mail...and not everyone signs with their name...and E-mail addressees are hard to remember.... 

    I don't know what Lance is doing.  I heard that he wasn't so active anymore, but that source is questionable.  I suspect that he will fizzle-out when his predictions come and go unfulfilled.  Perhaps he has a core group.  I really don't know.  The man never replied to me when I tried to reach out to him when he began his fall.  And after the way I countered his teachings on my Website, I don't suspect that I am one of his favorite people now.  But I just hope that my expos� helped some of his students come out from under his teachings.

 When?  How Long O Lord?

Hi there, are you Pastor Nick (or just Nick)? :)

     I'm [Xxxxxxxxxxx] from Mpls, MN, a student of Shepherd's Chapel since 1993
and fellow watchman who's, frankly, FED UP with the lull in prophetic
events and the word "benchmark" in particular.  This has been going on
year ('02) after year ('03) after year ('04) after year ('05) since
9/11/'01 with no coherent understanding between pastors and fellow
students with eyes to see as to WHEN--what YEAR!--we can finally expect
to see the fulfillment of MAJOR bible prophecy (not just a natural
disaster or two, followed by more lulls!)

     On May 5th, 2000 there was supposed to be a "perfect planetary
alignment" and when that failed to usher in the start of satan's trib,
one of my fellow students wrote, "Nothing has happened, and probably
never will."   And by "nothing" she meant ANYTHING short of the Deadly
Wound to the one world political system!  Can you blame her?  She's been
studying with PM since '89.

     Nick, we're all fed up, and find the idea of having to wait until
2018 (70 years from 1948) almost unendurable.  Not everyone thought the
"end" should have come in 2000, or 2001, but it is now safe to say the
MAJORITY of serious bible students feel we're PAST the POINT of when a 3
1/2 year "sealing period" should have at least begun.... and it hasn't,
if you follow the Q&A session of PM's program, some of these students
are only just being called out of confusion from man's traditions. 

     I listened to PM's recent lecture "Visions" from Passover '06, in
which he tried to put his best spin on a possible 2007 scenario versus
2014, and then backpedaled, of course, from "setting dates" yet again,
but it's all just become SO TIRED.... and surely Yahoveh our heavenly
Father has to know this!

     Please help to encourage those watchmen like me who are simply
running out of steam!  By now it's become a matter of boring ritual for
those with eyes to see, waiting and watching as another May, another
calendar year clicks off through unrelenting ominousness, or, the lack
of seeing tangible bible prophecy come to a head. 

     Perhaps a no-nonsense study regarding what STILL does and does NOT
need to occur BEFORE the first beast of REV receives it DW [Deadly Wound―Rev 13:3] would help
somewhat to clarify in the minds of so many students what we should be
looking for.  Does there have to be a one world currency before the
Deadly Wound, or does THAT come into reality during satan's trib?  How
about a female U.S. president, or a third Bush term (under Jeb, no
less)?  Does that have to happen first?  What about colonies of people
living on Mars?  Do you see where this is going, how so many of us
well-meaning servants are frustrated to the hilt?

     This is your first e-mail from me as I've only recently discovered
your bible study site, and I commend you overall for a superb site with
many excellent studies!  I took a long break from the 'net after it
became clear in the Spring of '03 that the invasion of Iraq and
overthrow of Saddam was not coinciding with the casting out of satan to
this earth.  I was just floored last year, but not entirely shocked,
when Lance Knight abruptly quit teaching and ended his on-line ministry
after the death of the Pope didn't materialize into the next-to-last
"benchmark" (I now HATE that word!) before the DW.  Oh well!  You'd have
thought Pastor Knight would have at least finished the book of Isaiah,
which he had started teaching in e-mail studies some two years earlier
and plodded thru during '03 and '04....but he, like so many others, was
simply That FED UP!

    I take a very small consolation in the fact that many other SC
students are sick and tired of trying to follow current events.  We're
FED UP with not knowing for certain if we're truly living in the closing
years of this flesh dispensation, but I don't want to GIVE UP the belief
that I may have a destiny to fulfill.... at least not before 2018!

Hello Xxxxx.  I myself began studying the Bible with The Shepherds Chapel Christian Bible study ministry about 14-16 years ago (don't remember exactly when, maybe less; most surely in the very early 1990s).  And I have always recommended them, even though I am in minor disagreement with them over some matters (mostly prophecy matters); but they are sound regarding salvation issues, and are an excellent television ministry to learn foundational Christian doctrine, etc.  As for endtime studies?  Well, let me just say that we are in some disagreement regarding those issues.  May I add that I highly respect pastor Arnold Murray and his work for our Lord?  The Lord Jesus Christ has led many to salvation through pastor Murray's televised Bible studies―we mustn't forget that.

     I am not a ordained minister.  I am simply a Bible student who believes that "Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him." (Prov 30:5), and when any man or religious system disagrees with that "every word", I am content to "let God be true, but every man a liar" (Roms 3:4b).  I also believe that that "every word" can today be faithfully found in the King James Bible.

Romans 3:3-6
3 For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect?
4 God forbid: yea, let God be true , but every man a liar ; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.
5 But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man)
6 God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?  KJV

     It is by choice that I am not a pastor; it would be no hard thing for me to do, to become an ordained pastor/minister.  To the shame of Christianity this can even be done by mail-order!  So of what value is the title anymore?  Nevertheless, I simply at this time do not feel led to become an ordained minister.  Partly (or perhaps mostly) because when one is ordained into or by a certain denomination, then they are beholden to teach that particular denomination's doctrine―regardless of whether it aligns 100% with the written Word of God (the Bible) or not.  I can't sell myself into that―not for any denomination.  So I just do what I do, and be whatever I may be.  No titles for me.  You may just call me Nick or brother, for I am a brother to all true Christian men and women in Christ.  We are all, both men and women, brethren in our Lord Jesus Christ.

    As for pastor Lance Knight of the now-defunked King's Chapel: he has gone over to the other side.  He is not making sense, he is babbling demonic urgings.  No more need be said about him and his followers.  He is through, satan has used him up and fully spent him.  Lance is a fait accompli; but Pray for those led astray by his teachings, who risk the same fate as Lance should they begin to teach these doctrines of devils to others.  See: The Overnight fall of Pastor Lance Knight and his Flock (with audio excerpts of Lance's heretical 'teachings').

     Now, on to your question; which is basically: "'When does the endtime events (the Tribulation) commence?"

     And this is no easy thing to answer concisely; for, many errors must be corrected before moving forward with that answer.  Unfortunately, at this time and in this short E-mail we shall not be able to correct all these errors.  But let me just state that your below is one such error.  You said:

     But there is no "3 1/2 year 'sealing period'."  Not in the Bible anyway.  The only sealing in the book of Revelation is those sealed BEFORE the foundation of the world; and, those 144,000 sealed of true Israel (not today's antichristian so-called "Jews").

     Yes, I do see, and have seen for quite some time now.  And you haven't seen anything yet!  And "no-nonsense study" is what I am trying to do on Watchmen Bible Study Group Website―to study current events as they relate to Biblical prophecy, and moreover, to identify satan's servants in these endtimes; for, God's servants shall be mightily resisted and ruthlessly persecuted by satan's servants before (and especially during) the Great Tribulation.  But there is a problem―No―but there is a GREAT problem.  Let me sum up that "great problem" in a few words: 

     Satan's servants are being protected by lies and subterfuge; so much so, that any Christian teacher or preacher who dares to mention the so-called "Jews" with anything other than fawning praise is vilified as being a so-called AntiSemite or Neo-Nazi or other such undesirable fellow. 

     So, at once, satan has a cloak by which he hides his busy servants.  And busy they are!  Even today they are preparing the release of the movie version of the best selling The Da Vinci Code, which is an utter blasphemy of God, Christ, and Christian church.  Yet people seek for signs.  What more signs need we?  The whole world is happy to receive a movie that paints Jesus Christ―God come in the flesh, mind you!―as one who is guilty of incest; for, we are all God's children, and God Himself came in the flesh as Jesus Christ; therefore, had Jesus Christ had sex with Mary Magdalene (His daughter!), He would be guilty of the sin of incest per Leviticus 18:6, etc.  So, now, God is the sinner?!?  What a twist!  And "we," God's creation, the world that is, seems to "love to have it so" (Jer 5:31b).

     All local newspapers get their International News from localized global outlets, like namely the AP (Associated Press) and Reuters Newswire, etc.  By controlling the main information servers, the International Judaics control every story, other than the local news and want-ads, that appear each morning in every large and small town newspaper in the Western world (and beyond).  And by controlling the main satellite feeds, they control the content of every television newscast globally that subscribes to their service.  Your local newspaper does not have correspondents in the Middle East, at the World Bank, or at the United Nations; and your local TV news does not have reporters broadcasting live from China, Russia, South Africa, Canada, Great Brittan, Antarctica, the Congo, etc―they all are subscriber services.  It is not at all difficult to place ones fingerprint upon every significant piece of information that hits the ears of the peoples of the world each and every day.

     The sad fact, that no one seems to be willing to admit, is that Christianity shall fail.  Else, how could the below come to pass in the world:

Revelation 13:4-8
4 And they worshipped the dragon which gave power unto the beast: and they worshipped the beast, saying, Who is like unto the beast? who is able to make war with him?
5 And there was given unto him [given to the the beast by the dragon (see verse 4a)] a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.  KJV

     The "he" of verse 6 above, who opens his mouth in "blasphemy against God", is the first beast of Revelation chapter 13, it is the one-world system built-up by select men on this Earth; it is not the antichrist (satan), who doesn't arrive until verse 11; "And I beheld another beast..." (Rev 13:11a).  A careful read of verse 4 and 5 above shall bear that out.

     Question:  Does the world suddenly "wake up one day" under domination by this beast system, or does it come in gradually with many centuries of groundwork?  Question:  Does this world system "just wake up one day" under the control of certain men, or do these certain men and their children and their children's children (their seed―Gen 3:15) slowly and methodically lay their plans and snares in place over the millennia―awaiting that great day when they can consummate this world in their god satan (antichrist)?

     Let every reader judge for him/her self.  And if they need it explained to them―then they wouldn't get it anyways.

Genesis 3:14-15
14 And the LORD God said unto the serpent, Because thou hast done this, thou art cursed above all cattle, and above every beast of the field; upon thy belly shalt thou go, and dust shalt thou eat all the days of thy life:

     So then, WHO is it today that we see nullifying the Bible and injecting false doctrine as the Word of God?  WHO is it that blasphemes God and Jesus Christ today?  WHO is it that is usurping the world for their god satan?

     Many people don't like referencing The Protocols Of The Learned Elders Of Zion because they have been lied to and have been told that the Protocols are an "AntiSemitic Forgery."  So, let's go to the Jew's holiest book of all, the Babylonian Talmud (appropriately named!), for information which no antichristian Jew can deny:

Mark chapter 7, from verse one through thirteen, represents Our Lord's pointed condemnation of the Mishnah.

Unfortunately, due to the abysmal ignorance of our day, the widespread "Judeo-Christian" notion is that the Old Testament is the supreme book of Judaism. But this is not so. The Pharisees teach for doctrine the commandments of rabbis, not God. ..."

Let us examine further some of these anti-Christ Talmud passages:

Gittin 57a. Says Jesus is in hell, being boiled in "hot excrement."

Sanhedrin 43a. Says Jesus ("Yeshu" and in Soncino footnote #6, Yeshu "the Nazarene") was executed because he practiced sorcery: "It is taught that on the eve of Passover Jesus was hung, and forty days before this the proclamation was made: Jesus is to be stoned to death because he has practiced sorcery and has lured the people to idolatry...He was an enticer and of such thou shalt not pity or condone."

Kallah 51a.:

"The elders were once sitting in the gate when two young lads passed by; one covered his head [the modern-day unbiblical Jewish scull-cap (Yarmulke)] and the other uncovered his head. Of him who uncovered his head Rabbi Eliezer remarked that he is a bastard. Rabbi Joshua remarked that he is the son of a niddah (a child conceived during a woman's menstrual period). Rabbi Akiba said that he is both a bastard and a son of a niddah.

"They said, 'What induced you to contradict the opinion of your colleagues?' He replied, "I will prove it concerning him." He went to the lad's mother and found her sitting in the market selling beans.

"He said to her, 'My daughter, if you will answer the question I will put to you, I will bring you to the world to come.' (eternal life [by a rabbi (!)]). She said to him, 'Swear it to me.'

"Rabbi Akiba, taking the oath with his lips but annulling it in his heart [the Jewish unbiblical practice called Kol Nidre, meaning "all vows" (need not be kept); i.e., religiously codified lying.], said to her, 'What is the status of your son?' She replied, 'When I entered the bridal chamber I was niddah (menstruating) and my husband kept away from me; but my best man had intercourse with me and this son was born to me.' Consequently the child was both a bastard and the son of a niddah.

In addition to the theme that God rewards clever liars, the preceding Talmud discussion is actually about Jesus Christ (the bastard boy who "uncovered his head" and was conceived in the filth of menstruation). The boy's adulterous mother in this Talmud story is the mother of Christ, Blessed Mary (called Miriam and sometimes, Miriam the hairdresser, in the Talmud).

"The Editio Princeps of the complete Code of Talmudic Law, Maimonides' Mishneh Torah -- replete not only with the most offensive precepts against all Gentiles but also with explicit attacks on Christianity and on Jesus (after whose name the author adds piously, 'May the name of the wicked perish')... --Dr. Israel Shahak [a Jew himself], Jewish History, Jewish Religion, p. 21.

"The Talmud contains a few explicit references to Jesus...These references are certainly not complimentary...There seems little doubt that the account of the execution of Jesus on the eve of Passover does refer to the Christian Jesus...The passage in which Jesus' punishment in hell is described also seems to refer to the Christian Jesus. It is a piece of anti-Christian polemic dating from the post-70 CE period..." --Hyam Maccoby [a Jew himself], Judaism on Trial, pp. 26-27.

"According to the Talmud, Jesus was executed by a proper rabbinical court for idolatry, inciting other Jews to idolatry, and contempt of rabbinical authority. All classical Jewish sources which mention his execution are quite happy to take responsibility for it; in the talmudic account the Romans are not even mentioned.

"The more popular accounts--which were nevertheless taken quite seriously--such as the notorious Toldot Yeshu are even worse, for in addition to the above crimes they accuse him of witchcraft. Talmud Attacks Christians and Christian Books

Rosh Hashanah 17a. Christians (minnim) and others who reject the Talmud will go to hell and be punished there for all generations.

Sanhedrin 90a. Those who read the New Testament ("uncanonical books") will have no portion in the world to come.

Shabbath 116a. Jews must destroy the books of the Christians, i.e. the New Testament.

Amen!  There are a whole lot of Christians getting dangerously impatient right about now.  Eagerly expecting easy times at the end of this world, it seems that they have forgotten the ominous warnings of the Master:

     Jesus was never one to exaggerate.  And the page that the below Tribulation verse is on must be missing from their Bibles:

    And regarding this Tribulation: what they are eagerly desirous to rush upon themselves, they won't gladly welcome upon arrival.  

    What's that old saying (falsely attributed to the Bible, by the way), "Fools rush in where angels fear to tread"? 

    And how will they hold-up when the stark reality of their situation sets in?  That's the great danger caused by the Tribulation minimists.  They make a lot of "hot house lilies" who hold up well in the protected environment of the glass house shelter, but fall easily when exposed to the harsh elements of an open world.  Well, in the Tribulation, the world is going to open, alright; it's going to burst open right upon the heads of the Christian.  And who is ready?

Hello Xxxxxxxxxx.  You sound like a fine Bible-based Christian woman.  It's good to see that there are still some of you left out there!  The problem for you might be to find a fine Christian man deserving of you.  It is so important for women to really be thoughtful and careful when choosing a husband; for, that man shall have a lot of influence on your future children―perhaps even enhancing or hindering their reception to Jesus Christ.

     Choosing the wrong man can also cause a woman to fall into false religious practices or into no religious practices at all.  Many a good Christian woman has chosen to herself a scoundrel for a husband.  Or, also, many a good Christian woman has chosen to herself as a husband a man that is inept and incapable of leading.  This leads us into the second woman's letter.  Peace to you, Xxxxx, in Christ Jesus.

I truly want to donate to your endeavors, but just do not have the money and I refuse to heap more guilt on myself for not "tithing" and the belief that if I do "tithe," all my money problems will go away.  Just hasn't happened that way.  As a matter of fact, when I quit tithing, good things started slowly happening for the first time in three years.   It's as if God were saying, "About time you started fixing the mess you got yourself into rather than waiting for me to miraculously do it for you."

Please don't misunderstand.  I believe in tithing.  I was writing checks to the Mormon church (my husband) and to the Church of Christ (my mother) - perhaps it was a "house divided" problem.  Anyway - I want to donate to your website.  I think it is phenomenal.  I just can't right now.

So, to my question.  I believe that the man is the head of the household.  I want to follow my husband's lead.  I want to turn to him with my questions.  How do I do that when he can barely read, doesn't understand abstract concepts and waits around for his older brother (a mormon) to tell him what "truth" is and what he is supposed to believe?  It is a sad fact that my IQ and my subsequent brain power is far above his.  I love him and I want to respect him, and do in many ways, but I can't defer to him.  I would be taken down a bad path.  He is the reason I am in the financial trouble I am (we are [a couple of]-year newlyweds) because he can't think his way out of a paper bag.  I feel so horrible for those words, but they are the truth.  I am married to him and I want to honor him!!

I've tried to be subtly supportive and gently lead him.  Doesn't work.

How do I live up to God's words and maintain my marriage, my life, my soul?

Hi.  Regarding the offerings, don't worry about it.  God leads those who can to support us.  Your first responsibility is to your family.  And you may well have been hindered for tithing to the Mormon Church, as it is a false "Christian" denomination.  And the Church of Christ denomination?  Isn't that the liberal one that supports the Homosexual services?  I don't know if they are that church for sure.  But you have to be careful whom you support; for,

8 Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.
9 Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son.
10 If there come any unto you, and bring not this doctrine, receive him not into your house, neither bid him God speed:
11 For he that biddeth him God speed is partaker of his evil deeds.  KJV

     Regarding the false (and blasphemous) doctrines of the Mormon Church, just do an Internet search under " mormon + false + doctrine "  You should have plenty of reading material.

Moving on...

     I feel for you, I can see that you are clearly in a very difficult position.  And I respect your honesty.  It seems like female readers write in the most bluntly honest questions (that sometimes make me blush!).  But it must be because they want to be sure that their exact question is answered.  This is good.  Oddly, men are more bashful in this regard, they "hem and haw" a lot in their questions on personal matters.  Just an observation that I thought that I would share.

     Your dilemma, basically, is that you want to do right in God's eyes by being a good woman to your husband, and letting him lead the house; but you don't want to end up following him into a ditch either.

Luke 6:39
39 And he spake a parable unto them, Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?  KJV

     It is so much easier being a man, I think; at least when we mess up our lives we don't have to get permission to do so.  Maybe that's why we are so good at doing it.  :o)  Just kidding (kind of).  But a good woman truly does make a good man better.  And although a good woman doesn't push her husband around, or try to be boss; the smart good woman gets her way anyway, because "somehow" he comes to realize that "her way was really his way" all along, and "determines" that it is the best course of action in the matter.  :o)

     Ok, no more smiley faces, this is serious.  Just trying to cheer you up a bit.  But there is honesty in the above irony.

     Anyway, your in a bind because you didn't choose your husband wisely.  And now you are stuck with a man incapable of leading well.  You may also have children (or future children) to consider as well.

     It is true that the man is to lead in the home; however, if he is incapable for any reason (such as disability or extended absence), then the woman may lead by his consent.  So, if your husband is really limited intellectually, and he knows it and is comfortable with it, he may well agree to let you lead in some areas.  But you most likely won't respect him for it, and that may lead to other problems.  But you know better than I the situation on the ground at your house. 

     And the woman has an obligation first to God and Christ, then second to her husband.  So that if he tries to get her to blaspheme or whatever, she may rebel and stay true to God.

     Below is an example in Scripture of a woman taking over because her husband was evil and stupid.  The husband (Nabal) would later be killed by God, and the wife (Abigail) would become one of King David's wives.  Glean from it what you will; it is a hard passage for a hard situation.  Had she not done what you will read her do in the below, the whole house of males would have been slain by God's man David:

1 Samuel 25:5-42
5 And David sent out ten young men, and David said unto the young men, Get you up to Carmel, and go to Nabal, and greet him in my name:
6 And thus shall ye say to him that liveth in prosperity, Peace be both to thee, and peace be to thine house, and peace be unto all that thou hast.
7 And now I have heard that thou hast shearers: now thy shepherds which were with us, we hurt them not, neither was there ought missing unto them, all the while they were in Carmel.
8 Ask thy young men, and they will shew thee. Wherefore let the young men find favour in thine eyes: for we come in a good day: give, I pray thee, whatsoever cometh to thine hand unto thy servants, and to thy son David.
9 And when David's young men came, they spake to Nabal according to all those words in the name of David, and ceased.

     Had not Abigail intervened, all the males of the house, including the servants, would have been killed, including her foolish husband Nabal (whom God Himself killed in verse 38 above).  As far as David taking her to wife, it was acceptable, as Abigail was a widow, and therefore by the law allowed to remarry.  There was no sin or skullduggery in that.  And I assure you, Abigail did not rebel against her new husband, King David!

     I am I trying to incite women to rebellion?  Me?  Have you read my work?  Certainly not me!  But, your soul is more important than protocol.  And if your husband is going to lead you into false religions and false doctrines, then you must look after yourself to stay true to the Lord.  What wisdom is there in letting your husband lead you to Hell with his brother in the Mormon Church?

     It had been better had you did a little thinking before you married this man.  What were you thinking?!?  But, who knows, perhaps God has you two together for you to help him.  There is the below Scripture:

12 But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.
13 And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.
14 For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.
15 But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
16 For what knowest thou, O wife , whether thou shalt save thy husband ? or how knowest thou, O man, whether thou shalt save thy wife?  KJV

     But you and your husband need to sit down and agree on this.  You tell him that you will follow your religious beliefs as you see fit and feel led; and if he doesn't agree to that, then ask him for a divorce.  You notice that I said "to ASK him for a divorce."  I used the word "ask" because of what the above Scripture states; i.e., "But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases" (1 Cor 7:15a).  You are in a bad position because you married this man, now you are under certain obligations as a man's wife.  All the more reason why women need to do a little bit more thinking when choosing husbands.

     You are in one of those extraordinary circumstances that we mention every time we say that there is a time when a woman may lead―when a strong, wise, and faithful man is NOT available.  But if you rebel against your husband, you are in transgression.  Call it "taking the least painful way out"―either way you are not in a good position.  You are there because of your own poor choices.

     I get letters all the time from women who are trapped in bad marriages to bad men.  All you gals need to look at your marriage choice as a lifelong commitment, and treat that decision with all the soberness that it deserves.  "Cute" and "rich" guys are nice―but look at the longer run―are they what you want to be tethered to when the Great Tribulation hits?

     But as for me, if I were a woman in your situation, I would rather meet God with a bad divorce or a rebellious home-heart on my soul, than to meet Him as a false-religion worshipper.  And remember: through Christ, a bad divorce may be forgiven.  But don't abuse the grace, or you will be visited.  You can't con God, all those who try to, only succeed in upsetting Him by the insult of trying.  Better to fall at His feet asking for mercy and pity than to try to justify your unjustifiable acts.

     Now, to all the Feminist-minded women out there, ones whom I know are just drooling over the prospect of "loophole":  Don't even try it.  You can't fool God.  This poor woman above is in a real jam here, she has extenuating circumstances―you do not.

Order: The Bearded Vulture belongs to the order Falconiformes which  encompasses over 270 species. This includes vultures, hawks, falcons and eagles (owls are not included in this order). All have hooked beaks for tearing flesh and most have talons, with the vultures having weaker feet as they feed on carrion and need not hold their prey to prevent it escaping. ... Family: Orders are further broken down into families; for our focus bird this is Accipitridae. These birds of prey are characterised by short rounded wings and a long tail. Among the family members are some vultures, eagles, hawks and kites....� ― Vulture Culture, How Birds Are Named.

'Gypaetus barbatus', literal translation: 'vulture eagle with a beard'. Known more commonly as the Bearded Vulture.

     Enough said?

     In closing, you mentioned that you were seeing these abominations in the Pentecostal and Charismatic church denominations.  And you spoke well; for, these denominations are the leading Christian churches to be cavorting with evil spirits and demonic possessions in their services.  Below is an excerpt from our 'Unknown' Tongues study which offers some testimonials from dear Christians who came out of these evil-spirit filled churches.  You might also note the predominance of women involved:

"...Are you offended that I said that satan is diluting the Christian churches in these times?  Here, look at what satan has some of them doing their own so-called Christian churches today.  In the below testimonies you can see the very real influence of evil spirits in some mainstream Christian denominations.   Below are a couple of testimonies of Christians who came out of the delusion of the "Tongues Talking" denomination churches.       First is a letter from a woman, whom we will leave unnamed, regarding her experience with the demonic Talking in Tongues, Slain in the Spirit, and Toronto Blessing experiences.  (emphasis is added (bold italics) to highlight certain statements made in the below): "I have been to some really good churches where everyone was very friendly and nice but I ended up leaving these churches because these people were falling down, making animal noises, and in my opinion they were acting almost as if they were under a spell of some sort. I have never felt particularly comfortable with the practice. One day some of the ladies invited me to fellowship at one of their houses and I was a fairly new christian at the time and not well grounded in the word.  After dinner, these same woman invited me to pray with them and they all started to pray in tongues which was alright but then they started to make animal noises and fall all over the place.  I was immediatly feeling a sense that something was very wrong. Later, at the table, we were all talking and one woman said that when they were doing all this, she got a feeling that she should stop doing it.  Guess what, she blamed it on the devil but I really felt deep down inside that it was the Holy Spirit convicting here for doing the practice. One night in a separate incident, One of the pastors at this same church laid hands on me and prayed over me with the elder.  All of a sudden the Pastor pushed me down and as I laid on the floor, I looked up at him, and while he was praying in tongues, he looked at me with the glassiest and craziest look I have ever seen before.  It sent a cold chill up my back and I knew something was definently wrong. Many times at church, this same pastor would stare at me with the same hypnotic glance to the point that I had to turn my head.  He acted very strange and very odd when I would see him in the basement of the church.  He was nice and everything but there was definently something very eerie about his presence. When I quit that church to go to another, I was told that I was being led by Satan to go to another church and that their church was the only one where I lived that was teaching the truth. I was also told that if I left that church, I would fall into apostacy so I never went back again."             Next is a letter from a young mother, whom we will leave unnamed, regarding her experience with the demonic Talking in Tongues and Toronto Blessing experiences: "I have had the shaking thing [Ed note: this is the so-called: "Shaking in the Spirit"] happen to me at the Pentecostal church I attend but I am wondering what it is.  I do not believe it is of God.  It gives me the willies. One time in fact I went to a fellowship at one of the woman who attend my church's house and two other ladies went also.  I also had my kids and these women started to make animal noises and howl right in front of my kids.  I played a long as I was just a babe myself, however I felt something really wrong in the spirit about this. As I have said before, I have turned from allot of the gifts due to this.  I have even been trying not to speak in tongues although I fight the tongues thing.  I still feel led to pray in tongues but part of me hates praying in them after what I have seen in the Pentecostal/Charismatic church."        Bottom line:  Talking in Tongues is not of the Holy Spirit, but is rather of evil spirits deceiving the speaker.  [End of excerpt.  See entire study at: 'Unknown' Tongues]
